The air conditioning lacks power for a good night’s rest. We had this issue in another 4 star hotel in Puglia Maybe Puglian standard is to sleep at ove 23deg C. Some of the bathroom appliances need maintenance

Should have small plates of food available to order at all times

The staff were very friendly and hugely helpful, opening the spa up for us even when it was meant to be closed and allowing us to bring food as we arrived after lunch was finished

They offer early check in if it is possible. A nice and clean room but not really a 4 stars accomodation… the deluxe double rooms dont have windows, just a glass door at the entrance, it is strucured more like a motel, every room has the entrance from outside, the spa is 35 euros per person for 1 hour of spa which I find a very crazy offer. Breakfast is very poor in choises… As a 3 star accomodation it would be a 8 maybe a 9, but it is presented as a 4 stars and I can t rate it more than a 7…

The room quality was unsatisfactory. The mattress was a low-quality foam mattress with a thin topper. Despite checking in late at night, the air conditioning did not cool the room, and the temperature remained warm in the morning. The shower area had mold, and the shower head was malfunctioning, the only functioning one was the handheld one. I observed that several previous guests had encountered similar issues with the air conditioning and mold. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Even arriving at 9:05 AM, there were either empty or nearly empty fruit, pastry, cheese, and ham stations. These stations were not replenished until I left at 9:45 AM, when breakfast closed at 10:00 AM. Coffee was repeatedly requested but not served. It appeared that the coffee maker only attended to tables occupied by Italian citizens, specifically female guests, who inquired about additional items, disregarding the rest of the guests. The breakfast area was also insufficient to accommodate the number of guests present at the time.

The room was spacious, and I had a great time in the pool. However, I noticed that locals (non-hotel guests) were apparently allowed to use the pool, which concerns me because it was filled up by non-guests.

We were asked to pay in full at check-in, and by the end of our stay, we understood why — many other guests were also complaining, so they clearly wanted to secure the money upfront. The problems started as soon as we entered the rooms. In both, the air conditioning controls were disabled for guests, so we had to request the staff to allow us to set the temperature — something they only did after some delay. In one room, the large unit eventually cooled the space. In the other, the air conditioning was noisy, weak, and failed to refresh the room. My parents were moved to another room, but it had the same model of unit with the same problem, plus a constant sewage smell. Both rooms were eventually located on the first floor. The first floor also connects directly to the kitchen via a staircase, and from day one the corridor was filled with a nauseating smell of oil and cooking. We repeatedly asked for the connecting door to be closed — it never happened. This meant enduring the stench every time we entered or left our rooms. The restaurant needs a complete rethink. The pool snack bar operated only on weekends. At breakfast simple requests, like a double espresso, were done incorrectly (served a long espresso instead), and we even found yogurts that were long expired. Housekeeping was poor, leaving used mugs and empty bottles untouched. Staff often showed no basic hospitality skills. The core issue here is the resort’s management — it fails on every level. This is not a 4-star resort. It’s poorly managed, unwelcoming, and absolutely not worth the price. In all my years of travel, I have never experienced anything like this.

First room we got smelled damp and of mould. Even worse after 1 night. Found even black mould some places. We could change room and it was better. Still damp. Found black mould even there in bathroom and fridge.

Charges to use towels. Not deposit charges €5 per towel. No aircon even though the temp was high r enough. Breakfast wasn’t replenished so once an item had gone that was it and the bedroom and bed was full of mosquitoes ( probably my fault for leaving the window open - but no aircon and it was 34 degrees) and worst of all ants in the bed and all over the room

It looked beautiful but on closer inspection the cracks were visible

This place is just a little paradise in Cassano. Super nice and spotless with kind staff. The pool is amazing and everything was perfect. We relaxed for one night after a day of walk from Bitetto to Cassano (25km). Just what we needed. We will come back!

we had reserved a junior suite, but they put us in a double room, we tried to cancel the room, but it didn't work, it was very unfair
