The apartments that had rooms in the basement, though they were equally equipped and clean, were not as nice as the others. They were kind of claustrophobic and with a smell of humidity. One of the rooms we initially checked in for was given to someone else. The one offered in exchange was not as big as the first, but it was quite good. Communication was generally good, but could have been better. Lastly, there is no cleaning service once you check in and you are expected to throw away the garbage, which, honestly, i cannot understand why (not saying to leave the place in a mess of course). Mind cancellation policy as they will not refund even for covid if you ask for cancellation after the deadline (even if you can prove covid).

30 minute walk from historic centre. The apartments were well equipped. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and quite comfortable beds. Quite clean. The terrace was great. The garden was very good too. Highly recommended for a group of families with young children, or even for a family alone, or couples.

Dirty, moldy, smelly, dark, far from city centre.

We booked this place for 6 nights and stayed one. We were provided two apartments even though I only booked one. The second apartment was dark and dinghy with no windows, both bathrooms were moldy. The floors were not clean and the kitchen was in a cupboard that was smelly and not very clean. There was not a lot of natural light. We shifted to other accommodation that was much more central, cleaner, more comfortable and more functional.

my apartment was in a beautiful garden courtyard. I also felt very safe here as a woman travelling solo. the architecture of the building is gorgeous and inside of the apartment was clean and felt very cozy. perfect for a solo traveller or a couple :)

We booked an apartment for 5 people, believing that we will get 2 rooms and a living room with a sofa-bed. Only one of the rooms had a door, but you still had to go through the other open terrace bed area to get there. The sofa bed was not made and there were no bed sheets, nor towels for the 5th person. We were given only one set of keys and one card to have electricity working. As the flat was essentially 2 floors, we could only have electricity working on one floor at a time because for each floor a card was needed. There were two bathrooms but the one downstairs had no hot water and the one upstairs had no door. We tried to call the staff multiple times and no one picked the phone.

First of all, I received details for an apartment, self check in and when I got there with a small baby, the apartment was in chaos, it was clear that nobody had cleaned. I then checked booking and they had given me another. This was was not as in the picture, split on several levels with dangerous stairs and no garden Rooms were not that clean, one of the rooms had a sofa, not comfortable to sleep on Tv remote had no batteries In the bathroom only 3 towels although we paid for 4 adults. Kitchen did not have coffee maker Downstairs, it smelled of mold Air conditioning was working always, could not stop it, had to leave windows open to stop it from working , was too cold Location is very far from center, 30 minutes to walk, for us too far away. Garden and terrace is in another spot, not taken care of, outside furniture was dirty and not changed, there were cigarette buds everywhere. Property does not answer to phone number listed, you can contact them only via booking messages or an email address….

The only decent thing about this property was the bathroom, although not very clean, shower worked and looked good. Garden was enjoyable although in another place. Villa looks renovated but on the inside it’s not that great.
