We were accommodated from the start with a pick up arranged from Sorrento port. Our room was tidied every day with wide breakfast selection provided. The best thing is being able to have a peaceful stay with lifts available to the main town when needed!

No words to describe the experience of staying in Villa Monica. Everything was perfect - the room with the view of the mountain, sea and the volcano from the balcony, the facilities, breakfast, and more than anything the hosts! Pascal and Monica made us feel like we are part of the family or old friends, which made our stay in Sorrento truly unforgettable and for that we are so so thankful. The shuttle to and from Sorrento was super useful, it made us even more carefree during our stay. All in all a perfect stay, if we’re ever back in Sorrento we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else.

The only thing I regret is that we booked at the last moment and didn't get a room with a view. Not that our room wasn't great, but the view from Villa Monica is to die for! At least we were able to enjoy an excellent breakfast with a view, every day. Access to the villa isn't the easiest (if you're on two wheels, then it's not really an issue) but we were well warned of that and the hosts even sent us a full-on dashcam video of the drive so that we knew where to go. Speaking of the hosts, they were lovely, so nice and helpful! The shuttle to and from Sorrento was super appreciated and really fast.

The shower was quite small which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others! They were intentional though in placing us in the room we got with the smaller shower because they knew we could fit. Others might inquire to make sure they are placed in a room with a bigger shower.

ABSOLUTELY BOOK VILLA MONICA!!!! The views, rooms, and grounds are just as beautiful as advertised. The only slight downside is that it is a little outside of the main area of Sorrento, but they provide a regular shuttle service (for free) that makes getting around easy. Pascal is so incredibly friendly and enjoyable to be around. We didn’t spend a lot of time on-site which we regret but will definitely be returning. If you’re looking for beautiful, fairytale views and a peaceful stay look no further!

The views and owners were top notch!! Pascal, and Monica were extremely accommodating!! Rides into town and a lovely breakfast each morning! We discovered he is a beautiful pianist and singer one afternoon!! Cannot compliment them enough for their hospitality. He is one of the best piano players in the world!! Must ask for a serenade!!

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Villa Monica From the moment we arrived, Pascal and Monica made us feel wholeheartedly welcomed—with warmth, charm, and impeccable hospitality. Their shuttle service from the arranged meeting point to the B&B (and back!) meant we didn’t need to worry about renting a car, which was a wonderful convenience. The villa itself is a dream. Our spacious, airy bedroom offered breathtaking views over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius—paired perfectly with frothy cappuccinos that made every morning feel magical. Throughout our stay, we were continually struck by the comfort, serenity, and attention to detail that Villa Monica offers. Their local expertise enriched our holiday even further—recommendations, stories, and guidance shared eagerly and effortlessly. All in all, every moment was cherished, and saying goodbye felt nearly impossible. A truly memorable experience—one we can’t wait to repeat. Grazie!

This is a fantastic place to experience Sorrento. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, a shared kitchen is available for the guests, and the staff is very accommodating. The real highlight is the incredible balcony view of Sorrento, Vesuvius, and Naples, perfect for enjoying a sunset with a glass of wine. The owner offers convenient shuttles to the city center, which is a big plus. While some reviews mention the tricky drive, a skilled driver with a small car should manage fine. The hosts are passionate and welcoming, offering great advice on how to best explore the region. Highly recommended for a return visit.

The view from the room and the atmosphere created by the hosts. The location is a little bit far from the center, but Pascal and Monica offer a free shuttle service with a clear schedule to center and from the center. If i were to go back to Sorrento? i would book the same.

You have to be a little brave for the first drive to the house, but you will be fine. It is something to brag about after the holidays, and you will be shuttled into town by pascal and Monica after you arrived.

Come as a guest, leave as a friend. We loved the familiar athmosphere and the spectaluar view of the B&B.

The sea view from the room is fantastic. We are warmly welcomed by Monica and Pasquale, who r very nice and supportive. Breakfast is home made and fresh. They also provide shuttle bus which is convenient to go to center.

Honestly there was nothing we did not like, the hosts Pasquale and Monica were wonderful welcoming people. Villa Monica gives breathtaking views and peace away from the bustling days in the town.

The breakfast was amazing, a wide range of fresh produce, something for everyone with the option order extras for free for the next day. Gorgeous morning coffee freshly made by Monica. The option to eat inside at the table or out on the terrace was great. Breathtaking views to have your breakfast in front of. The owners Pasquale and Monica are such lovely people, english is spoken fluently and they run a shuttle service at numerous set times throughout the day between the town and their Villa. Pasquale knows the area like no one and offers sensible advice about where to go and. how to get there (I advise taking note!). The Villa is perfectly positioned in the hills away from the hustle and bustle just a short trip to get to and gives a lovely homely rural feel, we spent a few evenings on the terrace taking in the views with a wine and some food. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the whole experience was wonderful, we not only had a great holiday but came away with new friends too, we were sad to leave but know we will return.

The location was perfect - unmatched views over Sorrento and across the bay. Pasquale and Monica are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the shuttle to and from the town was an unexpected and brilliant bonus. Lovely room, perfect breakfast, and entertaining company! Would recommend not trying to do too much, and definitely take a ferry somewhere at least once.

Villa Monica was the perfect base for our trip to Sorrento to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum. Pascal & Monica are wonderful hosts with helpful advice. The views over the bay are stunning. Our room was very comfortable and as pictured. The frequent lifts into and from town made Villa Monica the best choice for me and my daughter to make the most of our trip. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Villa Monica B&B was simply stunning! When my partner opened the balcony doors in our room when we checked in she cried because of the amazing view of Sorrento. Pascal and Monica were wonderful hosts and made our stay memorable from the fantastic breakfast on the terrace, the lovely warm welcome, recommendations of places to eat in Sorrento and the shuttle service offered into the centre of Sorrento. We enjoyed the spacious and charming rooms alongside the private spacious areas Villa Monica had to offer. We simply fell in love with Villa Monica ❤️

The bathroom was pretty small, but overall was not a problem.

The owners Pascal and Maria are exceptional hosts! Their accommodation and help with travel and shuttles to and from town were perfectly times and made it very easy to travel back to the bnb if necessary. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the view while eating outside was breathtaking! The air conditioning in the room was much needed after the hot summer days exploring!
