Absolutely perfect stay! The room is super comfortable, great bed and AC, and also of course no words for the view!! Most of all, Antonio and his brother are extremely welcoming and beyond helpful. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and attractions well before we arrived. They even helped my husband plan a secret proposal!! After check out, our ferry got cancelled due to weather conditions and Antonio went above and beyond to help us. Couldn’t recommend more!

In addition to its unique location, the exceptional attention and service provided by Antonio and his family ensured we had a wonderful holiday. The view from the room, its cleanliness, and the excellent restaurants nearby were all wonderful. Many thanks to Antonio and the Villa Nettuno family, who took care of us in Positano as if we were receiving not only accommodation but also a private tour guide. The hotel itself is a reason for us to return.

Unforgettable Stay – Perfect Location and Amazing Host! Our stay at Villa Nettuno was beyond amazing. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the center, with breathtaking views over Positano and the sea. Waking up to that view every morning was pure magic. Antonio, the owner, made us feel like family from the very beginning. He was always available with great local tips and helped us every step of the way — even at 3 AM when we had to leave, he carried our bags and personally saw us off. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Positano. It was cleaned and refreshed daily, and waking up to that view each morning was magical. We’ll definitely return to Positano — and one of the main reason will be Antonio and his wonderful hospitality!

Hard to fault.

Can I give this place 11 stars please. The location overlooking the harbour is absolutely stunning. Every room has the same view and is wonderful to watch the world go by from your throne. We stayed 4 nights in July and explored the area from here. Antonio and his family are native to Positano and their grandfather purchased the property in the 50’s, so know everything that is good in the area. The brothers have renovated the rooms in suburb Italian style. They are informative and attentive without being intrusive. They carried our bags up and down the stairs and made us feel so welcome to their home. They live onsite but in a different part and level of the building. The dog is lovely and likes pats! The rooms are stunning. Tiled floors, comfortable bed and good AC that was hammered while we were there due the heat wave. The bathrooms are funky and modern with the shower having 4 different sets of heads! Sitting on the small balcony with a drink watching the boats come and go is a fantastic way to waste time relaxing. Loads of top restaurants all around the villa on the side of the road and a well stocked little general store up the road before the best pizza joint in town! If you are staying in Positano you will already know it is a town of stairs and Villa Nettuno is no different. From the street it was 95 steps or stairs up and 1 down to the rooms. The complementary beers in the room fridge make the walk a happier one! Lots of stairs down to the beach and we took the road back up that is a longer but easier walk with shops and cafes along the way to keep you interested. If you don’t want stairs, don’t stay in Positano. If you want a genuine authentic stay in fantastic rooms in the lovely little village of Positano, I cannot recommend Villa Nettuno enough.

This stay was amazing. Antonio and his brothers communicated so well prior to arrival, and then on arrival they made sure that we had all the information we needed, including recommendations for some beautiful restaurants. They were so helpful, and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was sensational - spacious, beautifully furnished, and everything that we needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional, and we spent relaxing time there with an afternoon drink. Staying at Villa Nettuno feels like staying with friends as the hospitality is so warnm and welcoming. The location of this accommodation is perfect - plenty of great restaurants and cafes close by, and the town centre and beach easily accessible from the road, which significantly reduces the amount of steps climbed every day. We loved Positano, and we know that it was extra special because of staying at Villa Nettuno. We will be back in the future to stay again.

We stayed in Villa Nettuno 6 nights April/May. We loved the place! We had a wonderful big room with an amazing panoramic view over the sea. We spent much time on the balcony just enjoying the stunning view, in the morning and in the evening. The staff - the three brothers - were so friendly, helpful and nice to us. The room was so clean and well done up for us every day, and snacks and a couple of beers was in our fridge for free every day. We had to go out for breakfast because the Villa does not serve breakfast, but with small lovely restaurants just outside, that was not a problem. We give Villa Nettuno our best recommendations. We would definitely stay there again if we go to Positano. Thank you for a lovely short week in your Villa - you made the stay memorable. Rowan and Elisabeth

Villa Nettuno was absolutely perfect. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The room was clean, charming, and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Views were spectacular and the brothers that run the hotel are very helpful and friendly. They’re locals who know Positano better than any guide. Location is perfect, right next to some of the most popular restaurants and easy access to the main area of town. The place was very clean as well. They will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. I would definitely return. And Positano and the Amalfi coast is incredible.

I could go on about how great our stay was. The location was great. Uphill with steps but the view from the balcony was so worth it. Next to lots of restaurants and a quick walk to everything. The room was spotless and very modern. Antonio was a great host and so friendly and helpful. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at. We can’t wait to come back!

Wished we had stayed longer.

Amazing amazing family run Villas with stunning views. The brothers Antonio, Davidi and Stefano are super nice and helpful. They met us at the curb and provided “porter service”to our room. Antonio(truly a gentleman) was present whenever needed and had immense useful insight and information. Rooms are kept immaculate (Gloria). This is a must stay ! You absolutely get what you pay for. First class stay ! Antonio also assisted in trying yo get my airline delayed bag delivered. Last thing…. Complimentary minibar restocked daily.

Nothing negative, we had the most incredible stay.

Villa Nettuno completely exceeded our expectations. It’s hard to put into words just how special this place is. The room was incredibly clean, the view was absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. But what really made our stay unforgettable was Antonio and his family. They’re some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They’ve lived in Positano their whole lives and gave us the best local recommendations—from hidden food gems to off-the-beaten-path spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. When I accidentally mixed up our booking dates, they were so understanding and went out of their way to accommodate us. We came here for our honeymoon, and it genuinely felt like home. We’ll be back for years to come, and we would pick this place again over any hotel in Positano—no question. Thank you for everything, Antonio and family!

Villa Nettuno was fabulous! The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the balcony in our room was spectacular. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The Villa is a family run business and Antonio and his brother are so kind and very involved in the experience. Antonio helped us set up a car ride from the airport, gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities, and gave us advice for taking the ferry to the train station for the next leg of our trip. The location was great—very central. High enough that there was a breathtaking view and low enough that the walk to and from the beaches was not difficult. Overall, great stay and great service.
