We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaThe location is very far from the city centre, if you have a car then it fine, since they have free parking, otherwise you will need to take taxi or local transport to get to the city centre.
The Property is an Old Building. The rooms and bathrooms need renovation since it’s very old. The breakfast was very good. Friendly staff.

The location and the views are spectacular! The restaurant in the hotel is as outdated as the rest of the property, but the food was excellent!

United StatesRooms on the second floor are ok, that on the first floor don't need be at all options for renting, I don't know how booking allows this on the side. The breakfast is 3 of 10, start at 8 finish 9:30 am. Who gets at 8 and has an option to eat after 8:20 good luck :)
The hotel has a very good view, but it definitely needs to be renovated.

United StatesThe place is in desperate need for better management. It's dirty, worn out, and managed by people who just don't care. Breakfast served ham in the supermarket package and processed cheese (see photo) - which I'm pretty sure should be a crime in Italy.
