Ac system is not the best. Does not switch on as automatically stated so then you again have to open as it was too hot in the summer months. But nothing bad as reviews at all!

The area and accomodation are beautiful. Vasiliki and her husband are really lovely, generous and accommodating. Breakfast is superb, pool beautiful and enjoyed the tennis, darts and table tennis and spa amenities. It was a lovely experience. Thank you and well done!

Breakfast could be a bit more varied

The location and villa itself are amazing with ample secure, free, parking. The pool and spa are very nice too. The kids particularly liked the tennis court, ping pong table and balls to play football. Location is quiet and relaxing with great views and sounds of nature. Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. Our room had an amazing view of Etna too!

Everything is very new and well maintained. In the front, you can see the ocean with an infinity pool, and in the back you can see Etna volcano. After using a swimming pool, you can put yourself to sauna and jacuzzi. Also there is a tennis court and table tennis with equipment, we enjoyed it so much!! The owner and workers are super kind and nice, always wanted to make us feel like at home. We only spent 2nights there but if we could, we would have loved to extend our stay 🫶🏻

Everything was perfect. Extremely high quality of materials when this building was made. Sound proof rooms, great mattress, good blinds. Lots of facilities, including a jacuzzi and sauna (€9 per person extra). Breakfast was small but lots of variety. Excellent people running the place, very helpful and full of useful information. The view is nice too, we had a see view room. Would come again.

The sauna were great but it was off putting to find out on arrival that it would be an extra charge per person to use them. The price to use them wasn’t bad but it would have been nice to know about that before booking; it doesn’t mention it on the website. We are avid sauna users, so if we were to have stayed at the property for a longer time, the price to use the sauna would have been pricey. But at the same time we can understand that it take Victoria time and effort to prep and clean the saunas before and after use. The electrical outlets in the room were not secured to the wall. It looks like the electricians just placed them into the drywall. Plugging in a device will push the outlet into the wall and pulling your device out will also pull the outlet out of the wall. This is minor, and did not take away from our experience, but the owners should know about it to fix it.

Victoria did an amazing job catering to our needs. We were welcomed with open arms and were given a tour of the property. We were impressed with her timely communication and the efforts to provide breakfast and maintain the property. We will absolutely stay here again. You would never have to leave this property while on vacation. If a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is what you’re seeking, Villa Rita is a great place to escape the world.

It was lovely. Very beautiful and well equipped. Felt like we were at home (could cook and all) but with hotel qualities amenities. They even managed to send me back an item i forgot which is really nice of them.

Facilities around the villa such as bbq area etc wasn’t available for use but the villa is only recently up and running so I assume this is something that will change going forward.

Property is amazing and great value for money. The two staff brother and sister are fabulous and both graft around the villa.

The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

My partner and I wanted a relaxing break whilst having the opportunity to expore the East side of the island. This property is modern, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed sitting on our balcony with views of Mount Etna. The back of the property has a spacious terrace with views out to sea and is equally peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic, with a good selection of food. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. Our host Victoria along with her brother ensured we had a wonderful stay, they were extremely attentive and recommended local restaurants and attractions. A car is definitely recommended, just make sure you read up about the rules of driving in Italy! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved everything! This location is on our list for ever and ever! We met the owner of the villa and he was really nice and helpful. Also, 2 wonderful human beings are taking care of the villa and the surroundings and they make sure everything is really clean. Room: The rooms look luxuriant (you have window blinds in your room and you'll sleep like a baby). The bed is super comfortable and you have a mini fridge in the room, even if you have a normal fridge in the kitchen. Kitchen: Is fully equipped with everything you need. I never saw so many utensils and condiments in a single kitchen - you can easily cook your meals. Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & surroundings: The area is huge and you can walk by foot around the villa. The pool is really clean and you can sit on the chairs for a proper tan. You have access as well to the Jacuzzi (Omg, we loved it!) and Sauna (for which you have to pay a fee) and also you have several gym equipments to train your muscles. The view was spectacular and you can even hear the sounds of nature at the twilight 🌙 Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations! We'll come back for sure! 🤍

Completely disabled unfriendly How can a beautiful 4 year old German designed hotel on 5 floors down to car park level NOT HAVE A LIFT? ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE FOR A WHEELCHAIR USER TO STAY HERE Rooms not cleaned and towels not changed in a week as is standard We're sure the delightful young couple coping with a 15 bed hotel on their own would have done this if asked. But we felt sorry for them as they are already very overworked. The hotel was much too quiet Since we were almost the only guests there was no opportunity to have any social contact with other guests .There is no entertainment or a bar. TV only shows live Italian programmes
