Villa Siena is a very nice well equipped house, perfect for a quiet holiday in a beautiful environment. The location is close to the exit Badesse on the Siena tot Florence motorway. All the highlights of Toscane are easily reached on relatively short daytrips. We had a perfect stay here.

Very nice location with communal garden and pool in the outskirts of Siena, dog friendly and close to Siena centre reachable with 15 mins drive to Santa Caterina parking. Comfortable house with kitchen useful for breakfast and dinner. Heating system working well. Nice and friendly host that welcomed us when we arrived providing all necessary information.

The main bed was a bit uncomfortable, so 9 out of 10 overall.

Beautiful big garden and pool. Great views. Lovely Tuscan countryside location. Short drive to Siena and just a few mins from Motorway. Fantastic old house with all mod cons. Well stocked with everything you need. Cool inside even when 32degrees outside. Our son loved his bedroom on the balcony.

Our stay in Giada's place was absolutely awesome. The apartment is located in quiet area, but still close to Siena (5min by car). We did many bike trips, no matter if you go south or north, the landscape is absolutely amazing. You will get all equipment needed for pleasant stay, the apartment is big and clean. For the price agreed we cannot say we did not like something. We like cosy places, so it could be better in that regard but it may be only our impression.

The place and ambiance is most lovely and what beautifully added to our stay were the very graceful landlady and her kind and warm daughter who both introduced us to the beauties of the mansion. They were very talkative in most satisfying manner which we enjoyed at once and thought very much fitting to the occasion. For those who want least interaction: it wasn't intrusive at all, we are always very welcoming and talkative ourselves. The ladies responded to that with a lovely conversation and we only regret there wasn't more time for an evening tea and longer discussion. A quiet and peaceful place which deserves attention from those who instead of searching for luxuries want to feel at home. The garden declining in slope is most terrific, very well kept. Everything surrounded by the beauty of nature and sounds of birds. A peaceful and quiet place, exactly what we searched for. We had lovely breakfasts and dinners outside the apartment in this little magic patio (available only for us) made out of stone, full of plants and ivy. As Italian as it can get. The house, the walls, the touch of a warm stone. We appreciated the place all the more, we were travelling with a baby and we had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The pool is wonderfully placed at the bottom of garden surrounded by fruit trees and shrubby plants, with a soothing view on a green valley. The place is very close to Siena, 7 minutes by car. We will surely return to this place in near future.

Small minus, the bathroom is on the small size.

We were warmly welcomed by the Italian hostess. Within easy reach of Siena. Stay was very neat. Nice layout with the mezzanine. A very cozy terrace with accompanying plants. Spacious swimming pool in the middle of Tuscan nature. Airco was present and needed during our stay in the hottest week of the summer (38 C° every day)

Serene property with stunning views - very close to Old Town Siena. The owners are wonderful and the property is exactly as pictured but even more beautiful The Villa was clean, spacious and authentic - we’ve never slept better

The property is quite sheltered so there is no amazing Tuscan sunsets but it did mean the house was nice and cool when it was 30 degrees outside.

Location and host were excellent. All of Siena is very accessible from here. The closest town Badesse has a great pizzeria that the host recommended. Check in and check out was very easy. Pool was lovely and clean.

not much light in kitchen, had to ask for cushions for lounge chairs by pool, no fresh towels or bedding for the duration of our stay (6 nights) Self cleaning and taking out rubbish. So no other services available.

The Tuscan scenery, location (5km from Siena) is very convenient, spacious room(appartement) and the authenticity of the room, easy parking, nice pool
