Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandWe enjoyed our stay in Vitoria rooms. The apartament is clean, modern and new, you have everything you need, moreover, it is cleaned an every two days and the towels are replaced. The location is great because it is close to the beach and Quartu’s city centre with many restaurants and cafes. Also, there are beach umbrellas for everyone :)

PortugalBecause is very close to a main street, with a lot of traffic, who has got trouble sleeping (like me) can be a problem, with a lot of noise, anytime at the day and night...
The place is ok, in a great area to go everywhere nice in Cagliari. The room has got all the stuff we need, also a mini fridge, so we can keep things cold. The local is very central.

SwitzerlandIt was a good stay. the beach is close, close to lots of good restaurants a nice bar close by. Rental of electric scooters🛴 recommended with the Bird application (for the day) to move around all of Quartu Sant'elena. The owner gave us advice and is accessible for any questions and further assistance. The rooms correspond to the photos. The place is relatively quiet and Cagliari is easily accessible by bus (tickets via the CTM busfinder application). Coffee machine available and capsules available in the room, no breakfast but fridge available to put everything you want. Grocery store next door, small coop supermarket as well. Also bar just opposite for breakfast. We recommend taking a trip to the L'Arte del mare restaurant and the nearby pizzeria. We recommend taking the train and bus to get there from the airport.

PortugalNice and comfortable room in a great location near Poetto Beach. The hosts were very responsive and available. Ideal for a short stay. Although there’s no kitchen or table, which makes meal preparation a bit challenging, it’s not a big issue if you take advantage of the nearby cafés and restaurants.

United KingdomThe accommodation is on the ground floor where several rooms have been converted into stay rooms. The rooms are very small, with a 1.50 x 1.80 m bed, a small TV, and a small desk with a mini fridge. The room includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. There is a small coffee machine but isn’t working. There is also a kettle but there is not glasses or mugs but a couple of tea bags. The room we were assigned had a window that faced the main entrance where the bins are located. This meant it was challenging to avoid the noise of the bins being picked up every night or morning and whenever we opened the window, small flies and mosquitoes would come in. The room has no wardrobe or dressers, only a wall rack area with 3 hangers for clothes. The room is very close to 3-4 other rooms, and the walls are extremely thin, so we were frequently woken up by the cleaners from 8 to 11 am, passersby, cars, ambulances and a neighbor's dog from the first floor who kept barking day and night.
Vittoria Rooms is well located, a 15-minute drive from Cagliari center, and with good access to other beaches like Calamosca and Villasimius. Also you’ve got restaurantes and supermarket in the area as it’s located in a busy street.
