Naturally, it is used by cars and features a cycle path, electric scooter rental point, and shuttle bus stops. The area is full of amenities (bistros, cafés, shops, and dining options). 3. Value for money The prices are in line with the city average, and the housing units are larger than the typical offer. During events (e.g., concerts by Zucchero, Cesare Cremonini, and others), prices may vary slightly. Best regards.
