The water in the bathtub in the room wasn’t super clean. Maybe it was because they have water efficiency policy or something, there is sand at the bottom of the tub.

The pool is a great bonus for the entire resort because it’s at middle of nowhere.

The pool, flowers in the garden and the rooms were very clean and had wonderful beds. Very nice rural surroundings. Excellent drinks in the pool bar.

Our group had 2 suites and 2 rooms. One of the suites was significantly better than the other. Also the jacuzzi was broken in one of the suites. The correct gesture would have been to comp the breakfast, instead they gave us a €2 bottle of fizz which is a little stingy.

Nice size rooms, peaceful location, good quality on site restaurant. The pool is ion the small side for the size of hotel but there are plenty of sunloungers.

However, the beds were too soft for us, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

A peaceful gem nestled among olive trees, perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with nature. Rooms are spotless, the pool is refreshing. the restaurant serves top breakfast, delicious local dishes, wines, and desserts. Thanks to Francesco, we enjoyed amazing meals and even picked up a bit of Italian! The hotel is within walking distance to a turquoise-water public sand beach, (20 min) felloniche beach , for snorkeling, Marina di San Giorgio beach and well-located for day trips to Otranto, Leuca, and Gallipoli. A relaxing, elegant stay. Highly recommended!

Only one query in our minds is that the pool is not sheltered from the wind so if you can’t go to the lovely local beach either, then sunbathing would be an issue.

The most comfortable bed and a lovely room. Staff were charming, accommodative and very available whilst discrete. The pool and surround really beautiful.

Nothing We loved everything about this place.

What can I say, the property was exquisite but what made our stay most memorable was the staff. Starting from Reception Gaya, Desiree to Kitchen Francessco and lovely ladies in the restaurant who are always smiling. Every one went an extra mile to make us feel at home and comfortable, I could not have asked for a better host!

Having to leave!!!

It is a real Rural Experience!! Up in the hills so consequently, always a little breeze! The pool was lovely with great sun loungers in their own gazebos for shade. The food was beautifully prepared, with a very interesting menu. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping kept them clean, the only thing missing was a kettle for making your own tea/coffee but these were available in the cafe. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, even organising tours for us.

The So called private beach or Lido you had to pay for but there are Plenty of beaches and Lidos so no problem

The breakfast was good, lots of options and you can order an omelet if you ask for it. It cost 15€ which is okay if you are a person who eats lots for breakfast. If all you need is a coffe and croissant it's obviously not really worth it. An Ala cart option which is more affordable would be nice. We would have had breakfast there every day of it would have been cheaper. The fridge doesn't really cool things. There are no glasses to drink out of or anything to make a tea or coffee with.

The pool is really nice, such a nice view as well :) the location is good, just a 5 minute drive into the little town. Everything is new as everyone else already said.

Hotel is open but the sorroundings and facilities not 100% finished. Parking lot without shade.

Fantastic hotel. Brand new. Great restaurant with great breakfast. Very nice pool with bar. Next beach just 4 minutes away by car. Very quiet (which for some people might be a disadvantge though) and except for going swimming to the beach or visiting the caves by boat not much to do in the sorrounding area.

There is still no operational pool! Add was misleading about pool availability! It is under construction still!
