As 3star hotels go. This is by far the best one we ever stayed at. The staff upon check-in was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the location The room was so large. Best shower ever. Would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone visiting Verona.

PIN code for room was a little annoying as it was needed for main door and room door and was long to enter each time. Parking - hard to find street parking spaces available near by

It was extremely hot in Verona during our stay but the aircon was set so it would not go lower than 20 degrees. That felt a little bit too warm for us. Could have done with being able to cool it a bit more. That’s personal choice though, may work for everyone else :) Wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Very convenient for all amenities. Short walk to the arena and the station. Very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Breakfast is simple but plentiful with various options available. Just what we needed for our short city break to Verona.

I liked everything.

The short answer is everything. This was a fabulous boutique. Hotel only has 12 rooms. It included breakfast which was a combination of cooked and continental. All the stuff were amazing. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

This is a new hotel that offer everything you need (space, comfort, kindness), only a few steps away from the action. A hotel like this would be 4x the price in Milan, Rome or Florence

The code for doors was very long. Easy to forget. No secure safe room to store luggage but luggage was secure in an alcove minded by the concierge

There is nothing about this hotel I didn't like. Only one advice, thus hotel is minimum staffed, and operates through communication on WhatsApp. Scandinavians tend not to use this app, so please install in advance.

Very modern and recently refurbished boutique hotel. Everything was fresh and brand new. Breakfast was excellent and served by a most kind and service minded lady. And, for those who like ice cream, like we do, there is a top notch artisan ice cream store in the same building.. People stand in line waiting to buy delicious ice cream.

The location is great for exploring Verona. The train station and city centre are both within walking distance! The staff were super helpful… they accommodated both early check in and late check out, provided restaurant recommendations, called us a taxi etc,.. we couldn’t have asked for a better service! The rooms are lovely and modern, nice and quiet, aircon is great… would definitely recommend!

Breakfast in a small but nice room. The fruit was always not ripe and therefore tasteless. Fruit juices were out of packet instead of fresh fruit. The excessive use of grey and black on the staircases and walls and throughout reception is not attractive. There was no rail to hold your hand as you enter and leave the steps which are quite steep. .
