Amazing central location, right in the middle of Rome and close to many key sights, bars and restaurants.

The parking was within the ZTL and this caught us off guard.

A very nice location. Safe neighbourhood. Nice staff. A very comfortable and a pleasant stay. Thanks to Alda for organising an easy self check-in. Also, coffee in the room was a big bonus for us!

Just a bit noisy at times, but bearable!

The room was very clean, there is a coffee machine available in the room and the coffee was always supplemented. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The only minor minus was the worn bathroom, but nothing very bad and it was balanced with the cleanness.

Along with other hotels Welcome House can be found in an elegant, high ceiling classic building. The reception area and the rooms can be entered easily following the instructions, even if the staff was not there (there is no 24/7 service). Diana was always reachable, is very kind and helpful if you have any questions. The room with private bathroom was not big but had everything needed and was stylish and nicely modernized. The bed was super comfortable! Extra that coffee & tea were offered every day. Daily cleaning service if you wanted. You could leave your luggage at the reception after check out. Location wise it is a good choice if you want to discover the city either on foot or with public transport (buses, metro). The area was safe also in the even though the main train station Termini is close by, in ~10 min walking distance.

With closed windows the room was very silent. The window looked at a side street, but if you are sensitive, with open windows you could hear the Via Nationale traffic. It was not disturbing for me. Bathroom was clean and cleaned every day but here and there repainting could be necessary.

It was a really nice place to stay, a warm and clean room, nice decor, a great location and very polite reception.

Maybe the cleaning should be happening more often.

The location was excellent, easily reachable by foot from Termini after arriving from the airport. I can say that all the major cultural sites were within walking distance. Since walking around the streets of Rome is so enjoyable, you can get to most places without needing to use any transportation. The hotel was clean, and the room, as well as the bathroom, were spacious and very practical. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The bed was uncomfortable, with a dip in the middle, which didn’t allow for a restful sleep. Additionally, the high price affected the value-for-money balance.

The location was great and room was clean. This was a great place for our family to stay as we are always out exploring during the day and just needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep at night.

Very convenient location, centric and walkable distance to everywhere. Nice staff, responsive to comments and accommodating. Convenient due to full autonomy - can come and go as you please. The room is big, enough space for two people and luggage.

The bathroom was old, moldy, leaking shower, toilet had a broken seat. The sink was completely clogged when I arrived, the staff was very quick and nice about fixing the problem. The room is a stair-master - a high step between the entryway and the room, a smaller step between the bathroom and the room - just waiting for an accident to happen, especially when you get up at night to use the toilet. Practically fell a couple of times. The wifi doesn’t always work, evenings and nights it cuts out completely. Breakfast is bread and sugar based, not really worthy of the name. Better to get something at the nearby supermarket - cheaper and you get the variety. A double bed is nothing more than two twin beds pushed together covered with a thin mattress over the surface, creating a big dip in the middle, very uncomfortable. The pillows also need updating - too hard. The soundproofing between the rooms is nonexistent. You can hear every word, even participate in conversations. The rooms are facing a noisy street below, but when you close the window it gets too hot to sleep. The city tax is a hidden fee that you need to pay on top of the total sum for the hotel, it’s not included in the overall price - an unpleasant surprise.

Good clean rooms. Well connected to all the tourist places (walking distance).

Location of hotel was close to station and walking distance to most places of interest.

Noise from outside when windows is open. The windows is just facing a major busy road. You always hear traffic outside so loud.Other than that it’s a good place to stay.
