I don’t often give a hotel a perfect 10, but this time I’ll make an exception. It’s a truly wonderful place, with many thoughtful little details that make your stay very enjoyable. The room is comfortable — nothing extravagant, but perfectly pleasant and very clean. The location is also good: not directly on the seafront, but close enough to walk there easily. The pool is fantastic — heated, quite large, open until midnight, with pleasant hydromassage corners, and never overcrowded. There’s also a nice bar by the pool. Breakfast is excellent too: a wide selection, plus a menu with different styles of eggs made to order. And it is served until noon ;-) The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, yet not intrusive. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade, and after checkout, we were allowed to keep using the pool and leave our car parked there. I will definitely be coming back.

I would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room, or at least a kettle, but we know that's not standard in mainland Europe. Mineral water in the fridge was a nice extra, though!

The hotel and staff are lovely, our standard room was basic but very clean and actually a really good size with a fridge and decent AC! the pool is great but you're also not too far from the beach. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs made to order alongside a great buffet.

The room looked a bit bare and nothing like the picture. It was not very inviting. The floor was bare, no rug. The pool was very cold although we specifically booked the hotel because it advertised a heated pool. A staff member refused to turn on the jacuzzi for some reason for us. Next day we saw it working when walking past. The pool towels are 4 euro each to use.

The location is great. Bikes were new and available. The reception staff is great, offering advice and help. Breakfast was amazing with the very attentive to detail staff member. Many thanks to her!

There was nothing not to like about this hotel and we have stayed in many in Italy and in Lignano.

The whole stay was excellent. Great Staff, lovely facilities and an amazing breakfast served until mid-day. This should be a 4 star hotel not a 3 star.

Everything was absolutely perfect, we had an amazing vacation. The pool is splendid, warm and big, the breakfast is perfect (open till noon, mamma mia!), location is really nice - 10 min on the shadowed path to the beach with good restaurant on the corner and the grocery shop. And the price is the same as we saw in hotels with less services in area. Rooms are quiet and spacious. I would definitely return here if we will come to Lignano again.

when people reserve the shadowed sunbeds with their towel early morning and they do not show up. I would suggest to implement a rule to not allow this.

the overall high quality standards. the room and balcony size was a free upgrade luckily. the heated pool is just perfectly designed. the catering service is also very nice. the parking lot was safe and not dense. and the location was also perfect in walking distance to the beach.

the staff was absolutely fantastic! This is a family run property and you can tell they take great pride in caring for their guests. And the breakfast was possibly the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

One of the pizzas we ordered was a bit burnt and hard. The beer we ordered was a little flat.

Very clean and fresh rooms, comfortable beds, working AC, very roomy bathroom. Working lift. Water in the swimming pool had great temperature and it was really fun and relaxing to swim in. Breakfast was nice and there were many options to choose from. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful in every way, with small or large requests. Everyone spoke either German or English. There was plenty of parking space for our car and a small playground. There were some bikes to rent which is very convenient. The location was also very convenient, close to a nice restaurant, a corner shop, a park with a playground and about 8-10 mins on foot to the beach.

The pillow was a little too flat. But it was the same in the other hotel in Turin. Hence, I think it could the preferences of Italians

The owner was super helpful and nice. He really goes out of his way to help and make you feel welcomed. He helped us find a scooter rental shop in Bibione, booked a taxi for us to the shop, tried to help me with various bicycles, drove us and our luggages to Bella Italia Village and even gave us 2 bottles of mineral water very thoughtfully

Jacuzzi bath didn't work. Didn't mention as signs of maintenance and repairs going on around hotel. No tea/Coffee facilities in room. Would of been nice to have food available in evenings.
