The beds and pillows are rock hard, we had a bit of backache because it was tough to sleep in them.

The place was very nice inside and very clean! It was well equipped, modern and clean. There’s a bust station right in front that takes you to the center in a few minutes. There’s a ristorante right downstairs of the property and it’s really good!!

Excellent instructions for collecting the keys and very helpful host who were very quick to sort out a problem for us. the property is located a sort walk from the train station and on a bus route into the center of Rome.

Very central & within walking distance to most attractions. Amazing restaurants close by which is a positive as eating so much beautiful food we were grateful for a short walk home. We didn’t need to rely on transport except for traveling to & from airport. We did use the train once to go to Latina. The train system is amazing & very easy to purchase tickets on line. Our host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We walked to all attractions. Ensure you’re up early if you want to see everything whilst walking. The key is to walk before the heat kicks in! There is a lot of homeless people in Rome although I expected this to be the case considering the global crisis we face. We never felt threatened or unsafe.

Near to the Roma Termini and public transport. Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, TV and etc. Nice restaurant. Very kind owner.

We loved the area away from the tourist crowds and how easy it was to connect with public transport. Alessia was very caring and always available. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice small studio with several good features: newly renovated bath, safe, and excellent WiFi. The kitchen is very narrow, but functional. Small fridge with no freezer. As advertised, no lift, so avoid heavy cases. The small balcony is fine for a quick breath of air. We loved the residential neighborhood - and the #71 bus access.

We were very happy with this apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation for family with 2 kids. Good value for Rome surely. The walk from Termini station takes 15-20 min. The host was nice and helpful.

Is a little far from Termini with luggage, Bus 71 doesnt stop at Termini, but fairly close.

Well maintained, looks recently renovated. Is well thought out for convenience of stay - room is fairly small but has a kitchen with everything you would need, coffee machine, washing machine, towel heater. Bus 71 stops immediately outside the door and runs to many of the popular parts of Rome. Close to many supermarkets, there's a tobacco shop right around the corner for buying metro tickets and passes.

The location of the flat was very good. Close to many amenities, restaurants and public transport. Easily accessible on foot from main station. The flat was clean and safe. No problems with communication with the host. Utilities in the flat present and working.

The facilities are generally clean and well-organized. It is good for families to stay because it has kitchen utensils and a washing machine. The owner is friendly, it is close to Termini Station, and the bus stop is right in front, so transportation is convenient. I think it is a reliable partner for traveling in Rome.

Could do with some carpets next to the bed to wipe feet before getting into bed.

Lovely stay for 4 days. I would recommend it. Convenient location, amenities are great, and you'll have everything you need fo your visit. The use of space in the small kitchen was very clever.

Would be nice to have a toaster for bread etc. walking to the unit is not unreasonable but through a sketchy neighborhood.

No breakfast included, but has kitchen. Location of unit in reasonable neighborhood & food store close. Bus transportation right at the door. It is essentially a hotel room with small kitchen, well stocked as expected and bathroom.

The living room pull out bed is a little uncomfortable. That's the only complaint. Everything else is great.
