Could do with a few paint touch ups

It has everything everything you need and is really close to everywhere that you would want to go.

Overall it was very nice. Location and the personel were great. Some things to improve: - the shower head need to be replaced; - the window need to be replaced with another one that is more sound proof, to avoid to hear the noise from the street; - the TV should have signal....

On a busy street so can be quite noisy with street cleaners etc during the night. We’re light sleepers so people will be fine. Kettle in our room but no cups, glasses , tea or coffee. We had a little fridge which was handy.

The staff were very nice. It’s close to Termini station so easy to get to and from the airport. Lots of restaurants etc on the doorstep. 20min walk to the coliseum. Hop on hop off bus round the corner. So handy. Property was very clean and cleaned daily.

This is from Eritrea the palace is on the heart of Roma so it’s convenient for all tourists places plus 5 minutes from the termini station the house super clean set up and very kind staff

The bathroom is in need of renovation. The shower does work perfectly in flow of water.

Bed was super and a good pillow. For me, this is 1 of the most important things. The shower was old but it worked fine.

Was perfect for two couples, had 2 bathrooms as well as a sliding door in the middle to seperate the beds. Very close to the train terminal and transport. Staff were executional. Would definitely stay again

Location not so save - we have one bad situation here. In night better stay at home.

Everything was clean and all days we have good service here. It was easy to go everywhere from this area.

One of the bathroom drain was a bit clogged.

Location is extremely closer to everything. Almost all places are walkable from the hotel. Very clean hotel apartment. Lots of halal food joints were near by the hotel and it was quite safe and easy to get anything. Many supermarkets and souvenir shops were nearby. The host was very prompt and quick in responding to needs. We needed a kettle and it was replaced within half a hour. House keeping lady was very friendly and kind.

The walls in the bathroom were dirty. Lots of homeless people in close proximity.

Staff was very helpful. Location very close to Termini Station and Colosseum. Clean towels and linen. A book with tips for sightseeing. Close to souvenir shop

Too early check out -10:30AM- and no place to keep your luggage if you have a late flight or departure.

New modern room with natural light. Placed in a busy area of the city but the room is well isolated, no noise from outside. Daily housekeeping.

Limited place to sit within the apartment given the size of the room (that being said images already accurately depict the size of the room so no surprises there). Would be helpful to have cutleries and glasses around so that we can have food or drink (kettle was available was there were no cups/mugs). Bathroom was a little run down but was definitely sufficient for our needs.

Location was very good as it was very central and right next to the station. Easy to get to multiple landmarks. Accommodation was also clean and staff/hosts were proactively reaching out to ensure we are comfortable. Staff also ensured we had a fresh change of towels. Hosts also shared a very useful manual on places around the area to visit and eat which was extremely helpful. Mini fridge available to store food and snacks for breakfast (but note that the fridge is very small).

Lack of any (even the smallest) kitchen or at least a table in a room where one could sit at. If you're travelling as a family with younger children, keep this in mind.

Great location close to all the most important places to see. Convenient access thanks to individual room access code. If you're travelling with adults or a group of friends, thinking about mostly being outdoors - one of the best places to stay at.

The location at night wasn’t amazing, which is nothing to do with the room. It was however easy to get everywhere from there.

Bed made of hard rock so uncomfortable Bathroom very small and needs new paint and the shower head is extremely bad. Can hardly wash yourself it’s spraying everywhere. No water in fridge City tax very expensive for what it is and have to pay per person not just as one booking Not worth the money at all Paying for the location but not worth it Early checkout is 10am and nowhere to store luggage for the day Made to pay city tax even though we checked in at 5 am in the morning the next day

Location to the train station was good- however in a bad area, lots of homeless. Lots of sketchy people hanging around the hotel in groups at all hours of the night.

I think the shower needs to be replaced by a hand held as you have to be mighty tall and water went out the shower door. Rusty bin and tiolet brush holder should be replaced. Noise from of occupants and outside noise.

Bed was cardboard. Not comfortable at all. Was waiting for the day to leave honestly. Shower wouldn’t drain, trash can broken. No blanket, just a sheet. Definitely got what we paid for.

Location was fair. I mean was by train station so knew area wasn’t going to be luxury but I needed to stay close because I was using train second half of our trip and would save us taxi costs.

Because of the location, it was super noisy outside. When we first came, the shower was clogged, making it super difficult to take proper shower. The shower is small and not the cleanest. But the owner, when alarmed of the clogging, solved the problem the following day.

The main advantage is the location, as it is near the train station. The owner was super nice and respectful. He answered quickly when there was an issue

Went to this hotel, the main disadvantage is that there is no check-in at night, although in the comments the owner indicates the opposite. We checked in at night and paid 100€ extra for this service. So if you arrive at night, pay attention to this. Also there at the moment in the neighborhood there is a reconstruction of buildings from what is very noisy and sleep is impossible. And so the conditions are good, the only thing is not enough at least a cup, as the electric kettle in the room is, but it was not possible to use it.

Rooms clean, linens and towels in excellent condition, cleaned every day, friendly staff.
