Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaThere is no kitchen, even though it is a 100 m²+ property. No wifi, No Iron, and the Bed is uncomfortable. Worst part is that there is no curtain in the main hall, and people can easily see what you are doing in the flat.
Spacious, big rooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is very good. The owner was kind enough to let us check in at 10 PM.

Ukraine-locked kitchen, even no kettle to make tea -very uncomfortable beds (all) -no locks on any doors. even locks on main door were stick with paper -useless table -no plates, no caps, nothing -no information on apartment's page about city taxes but you will pay them. ask owner before booking.

RussiaThe price does not correspond to the quality at all. Mold in the bathroom, not cozy, the photo does not correspond to reality. We paid 150 euros and this apartment has no kitchen. It's just closed. The apartment looks like a warehouse.

United StatesJust a scam, the "luxury" definition should be banned from this listing as the apt was almost totally different from the pictures. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance, from the door to the balcony that broke while I was trying to open it, to the musty restroom. Glad we didn't need to use the kitchen as there were only 2 hotplates and a mini fridge. Everywhere there were "do not disturb" signs as the apt walls are very tin, you could hear every noise from other apartments.

PolandThe flat was dirty. The bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was cleaned but the rest of the appartment looked like an abandoned place. Really and totally. The living room was not cleaned easy for Weeks. The kitchen was dirty of dust and walls had traces of humidity or sth. Despite having kitchen and facilities - in theory - I did not want to prepare food there not even eat breakfast or dinner From what we had with us.
The location was good. Very close to the old part od town. The space was spacious and quite.
