By nature of a guest house and because we were in a room right next to the front door, sometimes we could hear other guests arriving/leaving. It wasn't an issue for us, but if you're a very light sleeper, there's a chance you could be woken up by someone coming in late.

Super central location, easy to get just about anywhere. Modern rooms and amenities - we really appreciated the strong air conditioning on a hot weekend in Naples! Very prompt and helpful service via WhatsApp. Highly recommend!

Stunning room, very clean and well looked after. Gorgeous touches with Italian antique furniture that truly brought the place together. Amazing location and very accessible to other places, walking distance to majority of areas or a very short trip on the public transport. Very easy to get around. We had a great stay at Xenia Neapolis. The location of the room is ideal, at the heart of the centro storico. it was very modern and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The self check-in instruction were clear and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Napoli.

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to restaurants and major tourist attractions. The building was easy to find, and the floor where the rooms are located has been fully renovated and beautifully decorated. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Although the property uses a self-check-in process, everything went smoothly and quickly—we had no issues getting in. While they don’t offer breakfast service, they did leave some cookies and sweets for us, which was a nice touch.

Excellent location, room was available so early check in facilitated with no problem… we checked out early so hopefully someone else could benefit too. Token coffee and rolls available in a morning, not advertised just an extra lovely gesture. Bed very comfortable… pillow single & flat an 🇮🇹 thing I’m finding. No breakfast - but there is a caffe machine and snacks galore. Easy quick grab on the way out. And really, Naples is all about trying new food spots.

I cannot say enough about this stay. The room was very clean and the size was incredible (room 3 - for history buffs it’s a dream come true). I believe it was part of an old monastery and is almost breathing history. The location is perfect for those who need a homebase set conveniently in the middle of it all - walking distance to almost anywhere in 15 minutes. A perfect spot to step out of the door and wander for miles. Literally. The hosts are sweet, accommodating and responsive. Directions are clear and very understandable. When I come back to Naples, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Absolutely incredible room, clean and quiet despite being in a busy area. Antique furniture was beautiful. Felt like a secret tucked away gem. Loved the high ceilings and bath.
