Everything, Mr. Piere took care of every single detail, the room was very cosy and everything is provided! It is 7 minutes walking distance from the beautiful calm beach!

The property was clean and equipped with everything needed. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the beach, with a good pizzeria right next door and several large shops within walking distance.

Great location to the beach(2 blocks) and restaurants! Great 🍕 Pizzeria around the corner!Cute.immaculate b & b. Loved my lovely room with terrace. Endless italian coffee and water frizzante! Ivano was so nice and I plan to come back. He will come get you at the Fiumicino airport for less than a taxi!

Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect — just 3 minutes from the sea, with plenty of amazing places to eat nearby, from a cozy pizzeria right on the corner to lovely restaurants along the promenade. The room was spacious, fresh, and very clean — you can tell it’s well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, with pillows of different firmness and even an extra blanket if needed. Every little detail shows how much they care about their guests: water waiting in the fridge, delicious snacks and fresh fruit on the table. The shared kitchen has everything you might need — coffee machine, kettle, microwave — which made the stay even more comfortable. Special thanks to the host for the transfer service! My flight was very early and I was a bit worried, but everything went perfectly — the driver messaged me 15 minutes before pick-up and arrived even 5 minutes early. Overall, everything was just perfect — I would definitely love to come back again!

The price seems higher than other nearby locations. However, I have not stayed at other places and can't evaluate value/cost.

The unit we stayed in was one of three rooms, all on the 2nd floor and had a private bathroom. Shared kitchen area. The room was very clean. The host is great. Piero met us upon check-in, went over all the details and procedure to check out. There were water bottles in the fridge and a good amount of pastries/snacks/fruits. Many nearby restaurants on the beach road, approx. 1-2 blocks away. Piero also helped us book a taxi with Paulo to the airport ($20) for our early morning flight. The airport is ~5km away and ~12 minutes drive. Paulo (she) is very nice, functional, and courteous.

The bed/pillows were not the most comfortable. It is not the Hilton. But I slept just fine, and couldn't have found a better location for the price.

This small B&B was clean, quiet and included a light continental breakfast. The best part was that it was just one block from Fiumicino beach, local restaurants.and a pretty paved walking path. The staff was very accommodating, and provided transportation from and to the Rome (Leonardo DaVinci Airport). I would definitely stay again!

The host was so friendly and picked us up at the airport and took us back. The place was clean, with nice breakfast snacks available 24 hrs and coffee and cappuccino too. He gets several frequent guests who are flight attendants regularly.

This hotel was a fantastic choice! The big, clean room offered a stunning view and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Its location near the city center made exploring incredibly convenient. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
