Everything was good for us.

The location is excellent - right next to the train station in a quiet and calm area. A short 5-10 minute walk to the beach (use the tunnel) and town center. The owners were super friendly and helpful! The ac unit cooled us off at night. This is definitely the place to go if you want to avoid tje busy tourist and traffic filled areas.

The place is not too fancy or modern, but if that’s not a must for you , this place exceeds expectations.

Okay first of all, the hotel owners were SO KIND, they gave us directions to the beautiful little beach town literally 5 minutes away from the hotel and the walk there is absolutely stunning as well as the view from the hotel. Breakfast was so good, we felt safe and comfortable they had AC and a fan that was actually quite strong. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was super kind as well, we will absolutely be coming back again this is officially our favorite hotel in Italy ❤️

We really liked the owner—he was very friendly and provided us with excellent, genuine tips on what to do in Liguria. He makes great espresso and cappuccino in the mornings, which is included in the breakfast. They immediately changed our room when we mentioned we were uncomfortable. The breakfast was fresh and prepared with a lot of care. We will definitely come back.

This is a wonderful little hotel, with excellent location right by the Zoagli train station, run by a lovely and very helpful local couple full of tips about things to do and see in the area. The breakfast was great, with fresh cappuccino or espresso made for you on the spot, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, across the street from the railroad station, and a short and beautiful walk to the square. The proprietors were friendly and extremely helpful with recommending things to do, especially hikes. Zoagli is a lovely little town, away from the tourists but accessible to the more touristic(and expensive) areas.

Amazing location, so close to the train station, we had a room with a beach view - it was fabulous. It does get extremely hot in the summer and the fan did the best it could to cool us off. Would stay here again in a heart beat, the staff are the most wonderful people and the breakfast is divine.

We loved how close the hotel was to everything and being able to see and access the beach. The host were very friendly and helpful. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the breakfasts were particularly good. Looking forward to going back again one day!

We wished we had more time to spend there.

Perfect location, I specially if you're traveling by rail. The rail station is just across the street. Go through a "secret tunnel" and you're at the beach, co tiny if the boardwalk and it opens up to the gorgeous city center with shops and several restaurants to choose from. Perfect for couples if all ages and family friendly as well.

That I had to leave! The only thing that would make it even better would be a rooftop bar 😂 just so the view of the sea is even better - however there is something I love about the unpretentious ness of the terrace as it is.

Is exceeded my expectations, super clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Right next to the train station (use the stairs down to go under the underpass from platform if on the sea side of it) The owners were so friendly and remembered my gluten free breakfast preferences and my drinks of choice! Highly recommend a stay here in Zoagli! Loved it :-)

My only advice is to take some earplugs for the train noise.

Location right near the station was fabulous for exploring the coast. A generous breakfast was included. The staff were great. We could easily get to Portofino and Cinque Terra.

The rooms weren't soundproof, so you could occasionally hear the trains and people walking down the hall.
