Arcobaleno Suites exceeded our expectations. Compared to a 4 star hotel in Capoterra, it was very clean, we were satisfied with great service and the location of the Suites is very central and well connected by public transport. Right before our stay we got contacted by the host and had an easy online checkin. Although checkin usually is at 3pm, they gave our room priority and we could check in at 11:30am already! This accomodation definitely deserves more stars! We cannot wait to come back!

Spacious, clean and close to the city centre. Bed was really comfy, nice bathroom and there's a little fridge for drinks or snacks. The host was really friendly and helpful.

Room was very sparse for a junior suite - it was the size of it, I think, rather than any decor that made it a junior suite. Communication all by message/app. Fine for me, but some people may want to see someone. I thought there would be a reception.

There was a bit of street noise due to the window, so it might not be ideal for very light sleepers, but it didn’t bother me too much and felt like a fair trade-off for the brightness and openness it offered.

I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. While the room was quite simple, it was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the standout features was the large window facing the street, which brought in plenty of natural light and made the space feel more open and airy. The bathroom also had a window—a rare and much-appreciated feature that really added to the comfort of the stay. There was even a small balcony with outdoor furniture, which would have been lovely to enjoy, but unfortunately, the rainy weather didn’t cooperate during my stay. Still, it was a nice addition and would be perfect on a sunnier day. The location was excellent—within walking distance to many historical sites, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out—it was even taken to my room once it was ready, which was a lovely touch. Check-in itself was smooth and easy. Overall, this was a well-managed and comfortable place to stay, and I’d happily return.

Nothing I did not like

The Arcobaleno Suites is a hidden gem in Cagliari. The location was central and close to the great sight seeing locations in Cagliari. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. I really liked the bathroom and the shower area. I would recommend having the room with balcony. The balcony has such a great scene overlooking the old city. I would definitely come back to Arcobaleno Suites the next time I am in Cagliari.

I recently stayed at Arcobaleno Suites and it was a fantastic experience. The check-in was very easy and exactly as described in the messages sent to me beforehand. The room was clean and pretty big. We even had a dressing room! The bed was comfortable, we had a couch, and a small fridge with water bottles! The common area had a coffee and tea station, along with a first aid kit, extra towels, an iron, and a hairdryer. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center with great restaurants and pubs just around the corner. Overall, I highly recommend Arcobaleno Suites for anyone visiting the area.

Although my stay was good and I would recommend the hotel, light sleepers should be aware of noise issues. The restaurant kitchen below can be quite loud, especially with dishes, and noise from neighboring apartments—like conversations or parties—was disruptive, keeping me up past 2 AM.

Everything was very clean, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, with a nice touch of having both hard and soft pillows available. The bathroom was also large, featuring a shower with strong water pressure and a floor with small stones that provided a pleasant massage-like feel. Despite being a small team, the staff was very friendly. Lastly, the location was excellent, within walking distance of everything.

Always a bit nervous when it comes to having no physical reception but having to work with deposited keys in a box. However, the process was described perfectly. The online checkin prior to getting the details re the key is rather time consuming - I would recommend that sending the picture of the ID is easier for customers than the online form.

A bit noisy with guest noise coming and going and moving chairs till late hours.

Location was fantastic. We only stayed one night. I wouldn't recommend it as a romantic getaway as our room was very spars and didn't have that romantic feel except for the chandelier in the room. But we loved the city and went on numerous walks. Great eating places nearby.
