It is located right at the very busy road, which means no sleep with the open window. Luckily, it was not that hot, but it's absolutely impossible to sleep when the window is open.

Water was not working when we arrived - had to be enabled at reception. Booking.com account of the hotel has been hacked multiple times with lots of spam as a result...

Clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Nice views onto the beautiful hills behind. Decent breakfast. An array of quirky pets on display in the reception area. Made a nice stop on our road trip int he Dolomites.

The room was very warm even with the heating off and window open. There is also a very loud dog at a nearby property that barked on and off through the night and woke us up a few times. Nothing too major though…sounds of the countryside.

The hotel is lovely and fees very peaceful. The rooms are lovely and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We ate at the hotel restaurant both evenings. The food was delicious and good value. It was easy to get to from Bolzano; the 180 bus stops right outside and runs hourly.

Beautiful house close to the mountains, easy access to nearby lifts, also using local buses. The room was functional and clean, and there's a good restaurant downstairs. Thank you for helping with our extra luggage!

Staff is very unprofessional and borderline rude. They forget your orders at the restaurant, don’t greet you, don’t respond to your requests. They also do not care for upholding some house rules - e.g. other guests being loud well past midnight - if you make a noise complaint they will do nothing about it. The noise is very problematic as it’s such a serene landscape around the property.

The location is amazing - peaceful and quiet with the sound of the river. The parking available in front of the hotel. Spacious balconies.

The room wasn't 100%clean

The breakfast and the dinner from the restaurant were delicious. The staff was nice and they provided us with a fan when we asked for one. The view is beautiful and the sound of the river acts as a white noise machine.

We sometimes struggled with communication with the personnel, but we got by with a mix of a few german and italian words, which was absolutely understandable given our location :)

The view from the balcony in our room was amazing! The restaurant had really nice tasting pizzas (with almost an abundance of different choices). Friendly and intimate feeling overall, and very clean and fresh room.

The only thing is that we didn’t have a bidet. Some of our friends had them tho. So some rooms have them and some don’t. Some people were parking their vehicles in the middle of two parking spaces. Therefore we had to go to another place to park. This had nothing to do with the hotel ofc but I’d suggest you keep an eye out for the parking area because’ my friends that stayed in the hotel for 3 nights told me that it was happening every day.

It was cute, there was free parking and the breakfast was good. The Sacher was especially good.

Staff speak little or no English although the owner can help out. Internet didn't work in our room (signal too weak because of distance from router), although it was fine in the dining room and bar.

We had low expectations but were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We had a quiet airy room overlooking plenty of greenery (after asking to be moved from a room alongside the road that was too noisy). The dinner was excellent, with large portions. The fresh salad bar was a most welcome addition. Breakfast also was very good. The hotel has a spacious riverside terrace for outdoor eating and drinking, although the weather was too cold to make use of it during our stay. Car parking is directly in front of the hotel, with plenty of space available.
