    There was a tiny, tiny, ant problem. They move really fast and are barely visible to the eye. They are in the kitchen and bathrooms. I hope with proper pest control, the issue can be fixed.

    Nice view of Negril, especially at night. VERY large tv for viewing movies, large outside deck, on a hilltop.

    Maria is the best host everrr! The apartment was expectionally clean & really spacious! Located in a gated community so felt really safe! Maria was really good at checking up on us to see if we were ok too! Mr Tony drove us around all week & was really lovely and taught us alot about Jamaica too! Will definitely be staying here again, thanks so much for everything!!🩷🩷

    The shower pressure was a bit low.

    Exceptional! Clean and central location, close to everything we needed and wanted to see.

    Regarding our stay at your unit, we have not had an enjoyable vacation because of the multiple issues we faced. 1. When we checked in, the A/c did not work. We were forced to stay in the really hot unit waiting for maintenance, and not even going out for dinner, not knowing when someone will show up. The maintenance person (Revon) came by 3 hours later. which is understandable since it was christmas. But considering it was christmas, we would expect that everything should have been confirmed to be working because support staff was going to be limited. 2. There was no hot water in the taps. Revon told us he will check for the keys to the locked room, to turn on hot water. We had to call Ryan/Andrea 6 times before anybody answered back. Finally Revan came by at about 3:30pm the next day. We were in the middle of a late lunch and left that to get back so we didn't miss Revon, and have to wait hours or a day before he came back. Hot water was finally available to us at about 4:30pm the day after our check in. Revon had to break the lock to get access 3/.The washer was not accessible to us until Revon opened the locked room, on the second day of our stay. He had to break the lock open as the office was closed and he could not get the key . Why would they lock it when the washer was inside ? 4. We also had issues with ants getting into our clothes that we stored in the drawers. We spent a while cleaning up our clothes and the cabinet as part of our settling in We do not plan to visit Jamaica again at this time. They offered a $100 voucher , but I have no use for it, and for the issues we faced, even if they offered that as a discount to my rental charge, I don't feel it is close to being a compensation for the challenges we had with this unit. 5. The staff do not answer the phone so be prepared for the calls to be returned after a few hrs .

    The property was well guarded and felt safe. It was centrally located .
