The road up was a bit rough but the rates were great so.. .they're well aware of it and working on it but it's a shared alley type road so it's mostly not the owners A drying rack or line for swimsuits/ beach towels would be nice but it's absence isn't a negative A spigot to rinse feet/sandals of beach sand would be useful for guests, and staff too!

Excellent siting-- a bit of distance from other stays, but very close to the beaches. Nice kitchen. Nice appliances. Roof deck all yours! The cottages are separated so no noisy folks overhead/next door

No air conditioning in the living space

Lovely little villa in treasure beach, clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and plenty of clean towels.

Great comfy beautiful villa. Had everything I needed plus more easy to get to the beach and a brief walk to the main strip of treasure beach. Villa was amazing would definitely stay again and the pool was fabulous and used daily. Great hosts and very kind and friendly welcome Carvel had great advice and would very accommodating.

After planning this trip for quite some time and being worried it wouldn't go well because of the recent passing of a hurricane, I was suprised and happy with the commitment to exceptional customer service by Azteca Villas. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was warm and welcoming, the air was so clean and the scenery was just lovely. Its exactly what we needed and I have zero regrets. We played games and music while Ms Avril and her daughter cooked and in the night we all chilled by the pool with wine 🍷 This birthday was everything and I am already planning another trip. Worth the drive, worth the value, absolutely worth the memories made!

It is in a good location , however the walk into town can be treacherous in the dark with an array of animals making noises. Don’t be put off, take a torch - live your best life.

The open space and the pool was really lovely, vey quite and tranquil.

No AC in the nice and big living room, so you can t spend time there because it is too hot. If you need a cool place you have to stay in the bedroom.

The place is very nice and quiet not far from the beach and restautants. Very spacious apartment.

The whole house was for us, good privacy, you can't be disturbed by the neighbours. We had a great connection with the gardener who made some lobsters for us. Unforgettable meeting.

The water shut off a couple of times, which was inconvenient. The driveway leading from the road leaves a little to be desired. For all the effort that has clearly been put into the property, the long, bumpy driveway could do with some TLC.

The location was convenient in Treasure Beach, and the villa was lovely with comfortable beds and a decently well provisioned kitchen.

The lights blinked sometimes but i am assuming since we had everything running (lights and ac) since its solar powered. Also the fact that we had to cut out stay short😭🤣

First off let me just say the customer service was top tier. I had a lot of questions and made a lot of changes however i never felt as if it was a bother. We were a family of four and we came all the way from Portland and was blown away. The facilities were small, cozy and children friendly. The design was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed the warm water! The yard was spacious and i even fell asleep in one of the hammocks! My niece didn't want to leave and i didnt either. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to dean for helping me plan this family get away and to verona for greating us.

The drive into the villa was not safe for use. To much wild grass and vacant buildings. Just didn't feel safe

A few bugs around but that's the country so just come prepared.

About 200 meters walk to beach and restaurants. Relaxing quite area which we enjoyed. Internet good. Jefta very responsive. If you have a small torch useful for walk back at night.

The owner was there when we arrived. He is so friendly and very helpful owner. We will definitely come back soon. I already recommended to my friends/ colleagues also. If you are looking for peaceful weekend or super relaxing weekend, this is the place. Actually my fav place in Jamaica :D.
