Unfortunately the beach is being cleaned only in front of the establishment and no cm longer. On the right side there is a parking space for a boat that is full of garbage that I cleaned doing beach cleanup. I think it even belongs to the beach house condos, but it’s practically a garbage spot. Another heartbreaking evidence of environmental negligence by a hotel establishment making a living out of the ocean and not even cleaning its own space properly.

My apartment was even better that in the pictures. I loved it being straight on the beach.

The villa we stayed in was located next to the neighboring residence and you could smell their sewer while sitting on the front porch. Nothing Beach House could do about it, but it wasan issue.

I liked the restaraunt on premises, I loved how close the water was to our room, I liked how easy it was to get a taxi to wherever I wanted to go. I loved how clean the room was. I loved that the bed was a king sized bed

I stay here often and the staff is always exceptional. They know who I am and the acknowledge me and show me nothing but love and respect each time I come. The room was exceptionally clean and they fixed a minor water problem right away.

The water volume was on the lower side. And the transportation with the in house driver was quite expensive (because it’s private) like $100 USD each way. I don’t think there was Uber so was tricky to figure out a cost effective way to get around.

The staff was friendly, the beach behind the property was amazing and the food was authentic Jamaican food.

The water pressure in my shower. It starts out forcefully but trickles out quickly. But the one thing I can say is, it's a hot trickle, which makes it tolerable and bearable. Booked the same room for next year. I know what I'm getting.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about BHC. The people who work there were superior in their service. The grounds were kept beautiful every day. The restaurant and bar, Ocean Breeze that sits right on 7 mile beach, was a great place to meet fellow guests and locals. My condo, Garden Studio II, could not have been more perfect for two. And on the day I checked out I booked again for next year. Negril is a paradise all on it's own but what better place to lay your head down once you get there than Beach House Condo. Thank you Unique for your amazing professionalism and making my stay there truly memorable. Jennifer and the hospitality team for keeping my condo immaculate on a daily basis. Georgia, Jamar, Lance and Miller Time for their outstanding service in the restaurant. And all the grounds keepers and security and all those that I missed, they are the hidden gems. The units are large, well-stocked, well-maintained, and private. The staff are exceptional, and the beach location is lovely.

There was nothing not to like. The bed was very comfortable, the room had all the basics you need for a few nights. The staff is very sweet and friendly. They really take care of their guests.

The location was very central, right on the seven mile beach. I loved that it's quiet and not a party vibe. The water is clean and beautiful, almost felt like our own private little beach as there were very few people around.

Did not take Discover credit card at front Bar and Restaurant. They did accept in 2020 and had the best burgers and banana mudslides so I did miss that as we only use Discover.

Property is beautiful with all the different trees and foliage. Condo was clean and very homie with great views from balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach was awesome! Will definitely recommend to others!! Thank you staff for making us feel so welcome!!

Bed was very hard but outside of that everything was perfect.

The location is wonderful, just steps away from the beach and the staff are amazing!! Wifi was good for a few work calls we had to take.

The seaweed and ocean debri came in our last day but that is out of the control of the property and nothing to do with the Beach House Condos and they worked so hard all day to remove it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also they cleaned the beaches and the hut area every morning of any debri so it looked nice for the guests every day. Great food at the restaurant downstairs.
