The location

The shower had limescale, bathroom cabinet broken toilet seat broken, both cabinets jin bedroom had a broken draw eact, broken light in bedroom. Lights in living room missing leaving the place dark, hob over cooker broken exposed light and wires. No knife to cut food, no tin opener. Cabinet next to sogs broken. No help from owner although requested. Finally Got clean towels and bedding on my 6th day. Disgusting!! Had small ants on the counter tops and crochroach in the bedroom. Would not recommend it at all

It was clean, big and comfortable. Next to the beach and close to the shops and the city center with restaurants and banks. Perfect location

Not all the persons working in the hotel were friendly: they tried to put us in a smaller studio first

I like the layout of the property, it’s very spacious. The balcony is also nice and big and fits 2 chairs. The property is clean, and very comfortable and I hope to stay again.

The property did not feel safe and this is because the locks on some of the windows do not work. The key lock on the balcony also does not work, this needs to be addressed as soon as possible. The inside and the material of the sofa bed needs a good clean.

Code to the door was provided prior to my arrival. Was able to access my room immediately after check in with the front desk.

It was clean, convenient and welcoming. Also comfortable... Just need a few fixes and it's a 10!

1. Room leaked during rainfall. 2. There were molds around the apt. 3. Had insects in the night on the bed.

Just think that they should clean your room every day instead of having to request it to be cleaned.

The room and the property were clean and nice.

I didn’t feel safe at night mostly. There were a lot of Guys just walking in on the property at night trying to sell us weed. Trying to talk to us when we at the pool side when I just want to chill and have a piece of mind. They weren’t wearing a band. One of them pulled out a knife at a security because he ask him for his band but a lot of them wasn’t wearing any. I was told that when checking in that you must wear a band to use the bar and pool. I didn’t go back to the pool side after my first night. I understand that different people operate different areas of the property but people just walk in as they please. I have been their few years ago and it wasn’t like that. That’s why I booked that location. I see no smoking sign and those guys would just walk and smoke there in the day when we using the pool and I watch the security just walk by and said nothing. If they want to do that at night at the bar then fine but not all over the pool side. If people is coming in to support the bar, security should always be around that area at night. That wasn’t the case.

The location, however; the housekeeping didn't show up at all (7 days). Beautiful apartment! Ac work well in bedroom and main area. Nice kitchen with all appliances. Wrote this review in hopes they can care for they quest at a higher standard.

Housekeeping service none: Called the number provided in the room, housekeeping didn't answer, 6 to 10th contact straight to messager. Housekeeping service didn't answer nor respond! I had to get my friend staying in the same block to contact housekeeping. LAST DAY I RECEIVED CLEAN TOWELS.

The swimming pool was nice and the apartment was basic but clean.

If the reservation wasn't prepaid, I would have cancelled upon arrival since the lady at the reception desk was very unprofessional and arrogant. Reception was often unattended and the apartment wasn't ready despite having mentioned number of guests in the reservation.

The food and location is excellent.

The receptionist was amazing 👏

The toilet was leaking ... House keepers left early without leaving bathroom soap for us so we had to wait till next day
