Everything went super well and the host was super nice and helpful. Maybe it would have been nice to have a message a little in advance with the checkin details but that’s just a détail we loved our stay.

Everything but it rained the 1st night and the balcony collected water which was there the next day seems to be a bit of a dip but used the broom to brush it off.

I had expected there would be a note or a person upon arrival, or a notification in the app. And of course not the hosts fault, but I had not expected the loud music from surrounding parties until 3.30 am (but it was my first time in Jamaica:)).

Jake's buildings kind of blocked some of the view of the water, but you still get some. Mosquitoes were eating us alive on the beach in the evening.

Small quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Had mostly what I needed. If you're not fussy or needy, this place is perfect. Had wifi and a tiny kitchen. With a 2 min walk to the beach. Jake's bar and pizza are also there for relaxing and drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at Brytan Villa in Treasure Beach. The place is beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony offering stunning ocean views. Our room was spotless, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Traveling with two small kids can be challenging, but they also had a great time here, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay!

Amazing location, large house, lots of space and lovely patio area. Lockable gate with space for parking on driveway. Short walk to beach and can see Jakes from the house. This was an absolute highlight of our holiday and I strongly encourage everyone to come and stay here and visit treasure beach.

My family and I stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which is located on the main level. I really love the security of the property. There were 3 locks on the door and cameras on the outside of the property. There was also a lock on the gate. Inside the house was very spacious with a full living room. A full kitchen and 2 large bedrooms both had their own air conditioning units and a king size bed.. The kitchen did have utensils and pots and pans to cook with. And there were small amenities available in the bathroom like soap and towels. There isn't any food included in the cost of your stay at brytan villa but there are shops down the road. The villa is also nestled right in between Jack Sprat and Jake's hotel. So I think that the location is great. Our host was amazing. She checked on us regularly to see if we needed fresh towels or if we needed assistance with doing excursions or a taxi ride to the airport and back.I really appreciated. The property was very clean and I felt very secure. I would definitely stay there again with my family when I visit the next time.

The customer care was not to my liking and so would not stay here again..

I would not book with this host again. But the rooms are nice. My interaction with the host was not positive . I booked two Villas and Eliwas was the other Villa the host their was very helpful. On a positive note the rooms do look like the picture which is a big plus.

A tiny thing but the cutlery in the kitchen was quite old. Could do with a good clean or being replaced.

The room had Netflix! Such a treat. Loved the sea view from the balcony, great air con, brilliant shower and bathroom, super comfy beds. Secure parking too and handy for local restaurants. Highly recommend Jakes for a romantic meal.

The walls echo when we are walking up the stairs. The owners may consider adding some sound absorbing foam or fabric on the walls to soften the effect.

For those who love the beach and sea, this is a prime location. Authentic sea view from the villa and less than 120ft before your toes are in the water! Serene.
