It has a great location, and a wonderful beach. There was very polite staff at the reception and the coffee place. Big variety of food and many possibilities for activities

Unfortunately the staff at the restaurants was not that smiling. The rooms were cleaned daily but there was a shortage of towels in the room

We love the location, the beach, the ample bars all over the beach. Love tennis lessons and tennis courts. Staff and receptionists at the sports facility were very friendly and helpful. Love the Feather restaurant, food is great, staff there are very friendly and professional.

There were shortage of staffs at the Palm restaurant, so we were constantly rushed out of breakfast time at 11.00. If we were late, they seemed annoyed. Same as during lunch, we must be out of there by 2.30 or they would come to grab our napkins from our laps, would clear the table when we did not finish lunch, etc., hard to find staff to get us drinks during lunch or dinner, etc. Some staff are not friendly, never smile and looked tired or annoyed when we asked for things. Shortage of towels and seating at the beach.

They have a beautiful, clean, safe beach area. It is on seven mile beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. The water is clear and clean, hardly any seaweed either which is always nice, and you have the opportunity to snorkel, and see fish, star fish and stingrays (all of which I saw) they also have a water sport hut where you can use kayaks and paddle boards and other water toys. They also have a free shuttle service to and from montego bay Airport which was AMAZING. Super thankful for this, especially since my flight got delayed, there was someone there waiting for us with the shuttle and that was truly a life saver. They also have a free catamaran cruise certain days of the week which you can sign up for. They play music and have an open bar, and you can even get off the boat to swim in the water. The cruise is a pretty decent amount of time, 2 or 2.5 hours, which takes you all the way to ricks cafe (to see the cafe, no getting off the boat.) And then brings you back towards the resort, and stops to see the sun set. The crew makes it very enjoyable and it was probably my favorite part of my stay. They have a wonderful spa area where you can get a couples massage (which I did) and it was absolutely lovely and releaxing. after your massage you can hangout in this beautiful long hot tub area. They also have a sauna. I definitely enjoyed the spa area. They do have turn down service and they do bring fresh towels in the evening. At least they did for my room. I also like that this resort only allows people who are 18 and older.

They have some type of "fresh water" area with a bridge going over it that looks nice from far away, but is absolutely disgusting and stinks horribly. It honestly smells like an outhouse. The staff, for the most part, is not friendly whatsoever. They don't greet you, they barely talk to you. I'm not sure if the reason for this is because this resort has a no tip policy, but whatever it is, the staff acts like they hate themselves and you. I can count on one hand the amount of friendly, helpful, kind employees I encountered during my stay. I did however, have good service at lemon grass resturant and the waiter was very pleasant. But for the most part I felt like an annoyance or inconvenience to the staff when I needed something or would ask for something. I was walking to the coffee bar one morning, walking the path that was closest to the beach, and I had one of the hotel security members approach me, and I kid you not, asked me to bring them a plate of food because "they don't feed the security at the hotel." I was not only shocked, but also appalled. Not only do I need to worry about the stray cats begging for food..but I gotta worry about the staff too..crazyyy. Now onto the food. The food..is not good. It's mediocre at best. The sushi at lemon grass was decent, the beef patties at the jamaican resturant are good. Breakfast was ok but the jamacian food they offered at breakfast was good (dumpling, chicken livers, plantain, ackee and salt fish.) And the omlettes were also good. The rest of the food I had was below average. They also have a very bad bee problem at the resort, at the bar (near the pool) and at the jamacian resturant at the resort, they completely COVER the soda fountain. The fridge for the most part was stocked well, but I would appreciate it more If they put a few bottled waters in the fridge daily.

Breakfast was ok. The check in and the check out when very smooth and the staff were very accommodating. For the most part we had a nice time.

The lunches at the main dinning restaurant and the dinners had only exotic cuisine and no common dishes. The beach was not kept up as good was it was the last time we were there. The shopping trip we signed up for was not very good.

Beach faces sunset. Lots of greenery. Right on the beach

Accommodation was not great: Noise from main road took any feeling of tranquillity away. Noise from restaurant on floor below wasn’t great either. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly so little privacy. TV wouldn’t work. Bed slumped in middle. Shower adequate but no hot water on occasions. Staff were either lovely, smiley and helpful or rude, long faced and made you feel like a nuisance, you never knew what you might get. Food was ok, not great or amazing. Alcohol was watered down. Two days before I left I got very ill and didn’t leave my room due to stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea. Nurse came and was helpful but I didn’t eat a thing for 48 hours as I was so ill, or leave my room. Either the watery vodka (I had 3 with coke) or the food (I had tuna salad) had made me very ill. Was looking forward to, and had paid for, a luxury tropical relaxing experience but can’t say I got that. Wouldn’t recommend for the price paid.

The hotel was excellent, last time we stayed in the great house, did not like rooms at all, need upgrading, this time stayed beach front amazing rooms. The Christmas Eve cocktail night was amazing, so classy, food was excellent, and return dinner was lovely. We will def return

My only issue was when my Partner drove out on his own he got treated different, he’s jamaican and they searched the car, but when I was with him they didn’t. When I pulled up security on this they said it was protocol to search all guests cars, which I didn’t believe having stayed in thousands of hotels, so I escalated it and it’s not the case at all she was trying to cover herself! This needs to be sorted no one should be treated differently and made to feel uncomfortable in any hotel let alone when almost 1k a night. We will def stay again but security needs to learn not to treat people differently as it felt almost racist!

Good location & free shuttle, clean pools

A lot of staff in the restaurants didn't know what the items on the menu were or what meat certain dishes included. I have a food allergy and I didn't't want to get sick. It was hard to get coffee for breakfast and during Italian night we couldn't get any drinks with our entire meal. A lot of buffet food was cold for breakfast and the dinner buffet. A lot of time staff were bothered when ordering food. The last time we were in Jamaica, all staff was friendly and accommodating, we did not experience it during this stay at the resort.

Very lovely beach and our beachfront room was perfect w/a large balcony that had a fan! A plus. Soups at lunch was amazing! Our massages were amazing! The rum punch inside the main dining room was always the best of all the bars. Love the swimming pool over by the sports center. My first pickle ball session was really good (coach Carson?). In general the staff was very friendly—much thanks to Chamarley who helped tremendously!

Not enough lounge chairs. Continental breakfast was not good! Fruit platter was not good! Wished we could have a better choices for room service re breakfast. They really need to work on their entertainment!

Road noise, with many units to choose from, they put many people next to the road.. Told us that they were renovating other units. No one was working on them. We moved 3 times at Couples Swept Away and then moved to Couples Negril. We lost a day moving, then our stay was good.

Stunning resort and beach. tasty food. most staff was really friendly.

The a la carte evenings at the restaurant were a let down. some of the staff were really unfriendly, not even looking at you or acknowledging your assistance. the room was quite dark.
