I never got to have an opinion

I booked through Booking.com at, I believe €75, but was told on arrival that the charge would be $81 IN CASH. Why did booking,.com not tell me this on booking???. Having had my money and cards stolen, I assumed that booking.com had - as previously - debited my account upon booking. Why was I not told this? I am not happy - this has caused me major difficulties - happy to give full details if you wish

Was fairly cheap, which was certainly reflected in the accommodations. Nice hosts. Felt mostly safe.

Stained sheets, no blanket, awful large and firm pillows. No shower head. Some drinking water would have been nice. Noisy neighbours and kinda sketchy neighborhood.

Location was convenient. Property was clean. Availability of kitchen and cooking utensils were good. Parking was secured and guaranteed. Ability to do own laundry is convenient. Staff was ok.

Upkeep and maintenance of property leaves a lot to be desired: Always leaking pipes and face basin in bathroom leaves floor flooded most of the times; leaking bathtub at the side to floor; leaking pipe in kitchen flooding the floor; A/C not cool enough; clothes iron leaking water; no cable as advertised; poor management of parking and not enough parking space to to accommodate vehicles for all the guests causing anxiety and confusion.

the owner is really nice and helpful, she got us a ride to the glistening water to go and come back safely. quiet area, don't be impressed by small street and local area, people help you find your way everyone is really nice and you're a quick walk from center.

you've got what you've payed for, no hot water, not perfectly clean but perfect if you like to be as close as you can from local people.

The AC was good. TV was okay.

The bed needed to be improved.

There was no bereakfast. Thw neighborhood was in the ghetto, looking very rough and dirty.

The bathroom sink and entire bathroom needs to be cleaned properly. The bed linen and towels should be clean and fresh. You could see multiple hair on the face towel and the white sheets were also dirty.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The owner and staff were very helpful. The owner can take you to Glistening Waters/Luminous Lagoon if you want to visit that attraction. The location is good, a short walk from shops and restaurants, but in a quiet area.

Cozy room with a terrace in laid-back Falmouth! It‘s safe to stroll around day & night, and nice attractions nearby. Our room was really clean, high wooden ceiling, makes you feel comfortable.

Kitchen equipment is left to the guests to clean up, and some of them don’t do their job… so when we were there, the kitchen was a mess, but we managed to cook.

Just the convenience to walk to the town.

When I checked in the room wasn't too clean, shower curtain was dirty,mirror was dirty ,

The owner charged me 15 per night extra for my family’s who come over to stay with me at night and say I only book for one person which I think is ridiculous and I know I wasn’t to pay that extra 105 plus also he charged me 455 when it was 418so I need to know who do I talk to in that regard

There was not hot water pans the bathroom water don’t run out and I had pails light for the duration of my stay I also didn’t get housekeeping service

The lady who was in charge was nice. She met us and escorted us upstairs to the rooms. She apologised that the AC wasn't working in one of the rooms. She brought us another towel for each room. She let us keep some food in her fridge in the kitchen. There was only one outlet in the room, but the lady brought us an extension cord so we could plug our multiple electronics devices in.

The AC wasn't working in one room. My daughter had to leave the windows open and was covered in mosquito bites in the morning.There was no hot water (they were getting the tank repaired -- so the water was off for part of the time we were there -- but it wasn't working even after that) and the shower pressure was just above a trickle. The beds were not super comfortable and the pillows were very hard, high and uncomfortable. We were able to park inside the gate, but twice when we wanted to leave there was a car parked out front blocking the gate and we had to track down the driver so we could get out. The neighbourhood was noisy with roosters and dogs most of the night.

I stayed one night to go to the bioluminesce Bay. If you are expecting a hotel type atmosphere, this is not it. If you want to experience jamsica, this is the spot. You will have a room in a home. Room was clean and comfortable. Bring your toiletries. Rooms are upstairs. Host was attentive. There is gated parking.
