Bad Italian night running out of towels for the beach

I really appreciate the staff also the food was great except for the Italian night food was poor we made reservations but they didn't have what was on the menu disappointing but servings staff tried there best .

Please invest in a lift I almost collapsed in the 32 degree heat going up and down the stairs. I will personally contribute to the crowd fund😂the pool was closed for treatment 4 out of the 5 days of our stay but luckily there was a beach available.

It was right opposite the beach and we get free entry. It’s located near all the shops and nightlife. Taxis are always available as well as staff to help. Good variety of food, well seasoned. Very nice drinks. Very lovely staff.

The water did not run out freely from the walk in shower when shower lots of water accumulate in the base

The facilities could use an upgrade. Paint was chipped on walls

The food was excellent! Fresh seafood at every meal. We loved the made to order omelets for breakfast and the brownies for dessert. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially the event coordinator. She is a breathe of fresh air and always positive! She convinced my friend and I to sing 3 songs on Karaoke night which was a highlight of our trip! I also like how they have live music on Saturday nights.

Meal options for vegetarians. Dining space. Some staff needed to pay attention to details such as replenishing food supplies at meal times. Pool was not fit for swimming on arrival but was taken care of during our stay

Breakfast was satisfactory for general meat eaters. Curried goat and coconut water, ice cream. Staff attended concerns for the most part promptly

that I had to keep on getting passes to go to the beach and checking tools ion and out. It had too many steps.

I did not like that it was not clearly expressed online that the private beach front was not really private to the resort.

I did not get the ground floor requested when I made the reservation although my family Member had a walker. It was challenging going the stairs. There needs to be more transparency about requests made during reservations, and not disappointing clients upon arrival. My brother who I had not seen for 3 years was told to leave the lobby after 45 minutes even though we were sitting together talking. This was embarrassing and should also be clearly stated in your policy.

I would have given a 9 but my room was on the street side and by 4.00 a.m I was up n couldn't fall back asleep because of the traffic. The noise was unbearable. I was so tired my body crashed

There were a few things that I did not enjoy: 1. The flora on the outside did not seem to be tended and some were dying which gave the place a slightly run down feel. 2. The chairs in the lobby were dirty. n my first visit, they were bright, colorful and inviting. This time we were afraid to sit. I cannot speak for all the chairs as I did not inspect them all but the seats that line the wall in the lobby could use a change 3. While the food that was there was tasty, the offerings were rather slim. This affected my mother more than it did me as she has more dietary restrictions. I noticed that some of the older patrons seemed to have this same issue.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and outgoing, constantly checking on guests to ensure comfort. They were moderate in tone of even the more frustrating guests and were very solution oriented. I especially enjoyed, Nelli, Dawn and the bellman (I forgot his name :(. Hospitality was up!!! The room was lovely. Typical hotel decor and a good sized bathroom. Love the little concession place that has the ice cream and serves sandwiches. The food was excellent. compliments to the chef.

No lift which is tough after all those cocktails lol

Great location for any travellers I spent the night before I headed back to the UK. The drinks at the bar were excellent and they didn’t skimp on the Wray and nephew! The karaoke is a great addition and the 2 ladies who were running it were excellent
