A fully equipped apartment for yourself with hosts Ann and Maurice and family as kind and caring neighbours who respect privacy but also guided me to unique spots in Kingston. Place and hosts have all that is needed to check out Kingston in a very pleasant way. Fun, comfort and the laundry done!

This was a reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, centrally located apartment with wonderful amenities. It had a full sized well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower. The bedroom had a large comfortable bed with lots of closet space, air conditioning, TV and fan. In addition, there was a living room with another large wall mounted TV and comfortable chesterfields. There was free secure parking within the premises for my rent a car. The area was very quiet so I always had a good night’s sleep. The Wifi reception was excellent. The host Ann and her husband were courteous and very accommodating. The apartment had many extras such as bottled water, soaps, hand sanitizer and even bags of potato chips. Ann really strives to make her guests comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kingston. This place is a perfect base for touring all the wonderful sights of Kingston.

The place was super clean and in a great location and neighborhood. The host was lovely and was able to fulfill all our requests. They even went as far as to extend our check-out time so my partner could arrive at the airport in time for her flight. I've decided that this is where I want to be for our next outing. The place even had additional things that made preparing meals cheaper and easier. Super happy we made that choice or else it would have been more costly

GranAnn's place was very comfortable, really a home away from home. Very nice neighborhood. My husband and I felt safe taking walks. All the necessary items were there for us to prepare our own meals. The bed was very comfortable. The host miss Ann was very nice.

The flat is slightly out of town. It's easy enough to get in and around in a cab but it wasn't possible to walk anywhere, which I would've liked.

Gran Ann went above and beyond to make sure my introduction to Kingston was comfortable. Arriving on a Sunday when everything was shut had its drawbacks but she made sure I was looked after. She made me a Jamaican breakfast, drove me around to give me an orientation and took me to the supermarket. The place is spacious, very clean and comfortable.

No complaints!!!

I like that Mrs. Ann was very hospitable, I had a cancelation and then a 7 hr. delayed flight she still greeted us with a smile at 11 pm. Her apartment was clean and very comfortable. The best part was the hot water was constant and on demand for a hot shower which was welcomed after traveling for 13 hours to reach Jamaica. The water pressure was great. She also had AC and a fan in the bedroom for our select comfort as well as cable in living room and bedroom. There was a secure parking space in her gated driveway which was really nice to park our rental car. The home is not far from the main roads.

Our lovely four footed neighbors. This is my only complaint. Wish I could help you with doing something about that problem. The unnecessary barking is not good for clients. 🤔

The piece and quiet. No noise of heavy traffic and neighbors hanging out on the street corner with loud music and language you wish not to hear.
