    The breakfast was excellent. At NYAM We both were enjoying it. Very close to our room. Lunch was great. Jessica foreman was very professional 👏 👌. In the house keeping department Celine Williams, and Anakay Williams was tremendous 👏. Thanks guys you're the best at what you do.

    Room service for meals, wasn't there. Also there were no toothpaste for us inside our room restroom. Amenities were not to our suite.

    Food and gym

    The room and bed linen were dirty from the start. Filled with mosquitoes. I got a nail stick injury from a chair in one of the restaurants. Customer service is poor. The day before I was to leave all the towels and rags were removed from the room. The check out time was suppose to be @12 and by 9am I was locked out the room when I went for breakfast

    The staff acknowledged mum's 86th Birthday. All I know is, if it wasn't for the staff, and I mean most of the staff that we interacted with, Bahia hotel would not survive as the staff are exceptional 10/10 for customer service.

    WE booked a 2 night stay at Bahia Principe to celebrate our mum's 86th Birthday who is severely arthritic but luckily for us she is always readily able to walk but she needed an wheelchair to be fair we neglected to order a wheelchair but assumed maybe we could have had a chance to book one once we arrived for our stay. The room was not adequate for the stay as there were no handrails in the bathroom or toilet areas and therefore we had problems trying to help mum on and off the lavatory or in or out the shower. Also your elevators in the hotel are really confusing you have level 1 pointing to level 2 level 3 pointing to level 4 there are no signposts as to where you actually are in the hotel. We met other guests who we're confused as to where they were and of course we have our elderly mother taking her time walking around with us trying to find our room it was absolutely ridiculous we just didn't know what level floor we were on. We met other guests in corridors confused as to where they were and again if it wasn't for the excellent staff who were going about their business housekeeping or whatever showed us where we were and where we needed to get to once again thank God for your exceptional staff and good customer service. It was only a matter of time before we found a guest asleep in the corridors because they gave up looking for their rooms.

    Very nice hotel,with friendly and accommodating staff. The food choices were excellent as well as the drinks This is my 3rd there and I enjoyed it......I'll definitely recommend this hotel as my top 3

    I only have 2 things that I did not like 1. There was a lot of mosquitoes inside the room which the baby was allergic to 2.there was a drink bottle bottle under the bed when i entered the room which I informed house keeping about and was there until the day before I left, also the floor was extremely dirty,you can feel dirt on your feet, my baby had to play on the bed which was a bit disappointing and challenging for me. And even after house keeper cleanup it was still the same.

    The breakfast buffet was good and the food in general the hotel overall is very beautiful. The waterpark is just superb, my 4 year old really enjoyed that.

    The cleanliness of the hotel definitely needs improvement... like the rooms and lobbies directed to the rooms. Also the mixed alcoholic beverages need improvement as well and the rum cream was watered down.

    Can't think of anything that was good. Booked early for a special time,but not a 5 star rate.

    Long queue for check in. Lack of staff. Few staff bothered to be pleasant or even smiled. Room was not made dispite leaving request. Took 3 phone calls and a visit to customer services, 2 hours later we could shower and change for dinner. Dinner was prepared as for animals. 2 inch piece of ginger and whole bells pepper found on two occasions in the soup. Curry over peppered and food mostly tepid.How could a chef under cook pumpkin? Complained to customer services, no record taken . He just sat and listened dispite me stating this is a complaint. The whole weekend not a special time, a fiasco. Over booked and under staffed.

    Proximity to where I was going was close

    Needs to be updated. There are no chargers in the bedroom. Only the bathroom, which is ridiculous cause most hotel has an outlet in the lamp at the very least, not comfortable trying to lay down and have your phone charged next to you
