The House of bliss was exactly that bliss, it felt as if I was at home nice, cozy, quiet and comfortable. My Children and I enjoyed our stay 😊 the staff was friendly courteous and professional Will definitely book again.

We stayed for 2 weeks June 2025 and a massive Thank you House of Bliss for meeting our expectations. It felt like home so i came from home in the UK and went to a lovely home in Jamaica. Cleanliness, I REPEAT CLEANLINESS AC, washing and and cooking facilities all excellent. Plus thank you for the gifts and treats, most welcoming. See you again In the near future.

I loved this apartment definitely the best apartment I've stayed in Jamaica I will definitely be staying here everytime I go to Jamaica. The house was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I'm absolutely in love with this apartment it was comfortable as if I was at home. The host was very respectful and communicated well. This was also a gated community apartment it was very easy to get in and out.

The only thing we had issue with was the ants and guess what the owner made sure that insect spray was readily available in the cupboard for those exact instances.

What you see is exactly what you get. This place was amazing. Let's start with the welcoming received from the owner, exceptional customer service. Always willing to help and always readily available is like that man does not sleep anytime you need him he responds immediately. His contact will always be saved in my phone, and any time I'm visiting back Jamaica I will contact him directly. I highly recommend this place it is welcoming and relaxing. The pictures tell no lie. The place is so clean and organized, we got welcomed with snacks and treats. We even extended our initial stay. My son is 7 years old, and he made sure to remind me to do the review. He's a hard critic, and his score is 9.8. My husband and I agreed 👍🏻 overall very satisfied a must stay

Check in was a breeze! It's a very quiet, secure and a gated community, which is a major plus for me as I solo travel most of the time. The house looks exactly like the pictures and Kensley was oh so accommodating. Guys, believe me when I said my booking was extremely last minute and Kensley went above and beyond to assist me, now that's who deserves the title SUPERHOST. There were snacks and refreshments already there folks (how thoughtful!!) Hot water, air conditioning, flat screen tvs and wifi! I WILL be back!

I love that the host was responsive, he was available right away for any question I had. The community is peaceful, close to shopping/food facilities and most important the community is safe. The house was definitely home away from home. I would go back right now😁😁!! 10/10 I reccomend for your vacation or mini getaway. The location was too far especially if you don’t have a car, it was also hard to find the house at night being that the numbers of the street are on the bottom of the porch.

I did not like that every time someone was visiting me or I called a cab I had to call the property manager to have him call the gate. I am an adult and a responsible person. I felt that my movements and contacts were being monitored. All restrictions need to be discussed upfront, not having a local phone posed a challenge contacting the property manager for trivial studf like calling the gate to let in my son.

I love that the community is very safe and quiet. The property manager was easily accessible and returned my calls. He was also very respectful
