The rooms have no AC so the sound of the crickets and birds etc sounded very loud at night. Hard for light sleepers.

Rooms look amazing and great stay - UNTIL you get a noisy and ignorant neighbor: Rooms have no windows so noise travels quickly. Staff was mixed, forgot our spa booking.

Unfortunately music playing from across the mountain in a community was playing very loudly until past 10pm. This was not the hotels fault in anyway, just took away from the peaceful vibe.

The pool and Mountain View’s are incredible. The rum punch - yum! I’ve been thinking about it since we left. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

Wifi was not working on my phone, whoever, it works on my spouse’s phone. It was not a big inconvenient because I wanted to be disconnected. We had a small issue with the toilet flush.

Unique experience for those who like to enjoy tranquility and nature. Excellent customer service and location. The restaurant food was delicious.

This was an amazing place with amazing people. As I'm elderly with arthritic joints, having sturdy guardrail in more strategic areas would be helpful. Three years ago, I would not have noticed this issue. The menu for all meals was excellent but need more variety for people stay more than two or three days. And, Ah the Rum Punch. I hope I can return for another week in the future.

No special birthday options even though it's asked on the booking form. Lots of steps down to our room and back up again! Noisy upstairs neighbour (no fault of Strawberry Hill)

The staff was uninformative, uninterested, discoutreous and very poorly if at all trained. The road to get to the property is treacherous and so once we got there wete not inclined to leave so we felt trapped in a beautiful place with not much to do

Thé location is stunning and the studio was comfortable the spa could be better and packages overpriced according to price list. I didn’t use the spa as prices were better in uk so did my treatments before. The pastries for breakfast was disappointing & the fruit I expected a nice fruit platter with fruit from the property, the curry goat could have more flavour and be more tender, food slightly over priced compared to other places. Apart from that a beautiful experience and I would go again but the sockets in the studio could be upgraded as seemed very old and plugs or adapters were falling out. The neighbours dogs are a bit agressive to passers by if you go for a walk you have to pass thèse agressive dogs which made me fall and graze my knee. Luckily I had my first aid bag. Other than that it’s truly beautiful spot.

few small maintenance issues (the light outside our room wasn’t working and also one out on the stairs down to our room). some mosquito repellant spray would have been useful for the room. the dinner in the restaurant was ok but some dishes were over cooked and dry (the fish). it is also quite cool at night due to altitude and as all eating is outside on the terrace a few blankets would have been a nice touch. in addition as I wasn’t drinking alcohol there was quite a limited selection available

beautiful location and grounds, incredible views and cooling atmosphere. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was spotless and well thought out with extra touches like local coffee and a cafetière and umbrellas in case of rain. good continental breakfast with delicious warm cakes, fresh juice and choice of eggs.
