Spacious accommodation

Entrance a bit tricky for bigger vehicles

From the moment we arrived, Lisa made us feel right at home—warm, welcoming, and full of helpful tips, from car rentals to local restaurant recommendations. She struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever hovering, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay knowing we were in good hands. The property itself is a dream, nestled among mango trees with the sweetest little cats roaming around. The view was absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back—and I couldn’t recommend it more!

The only potential downside was the shower setup—while the space itself was lovely, the window faces a shared external hallway, which made things feel a bit exposed. Nothing scandalous, mind you, but just caught me off guard.

Lisa, the host, was very pleasant and welcoming. The place was extremely clean, and I really appreciate the fact that we were given snacks. It is a very calm and peaceful area. I only wished it were closer to the town area. Overall, I had an excellent stay, and I would definitely go back.

Breakfast was provided because the owners realized I liked a particular dish. breakfast would have been provided if agreed before hand, the chef, Junior was amazing!! I thoroughly enjoyed his cooking plus he provided fresh fruits and coconuts from his tree.

In all fairness, I cannot fault the place. I had an amazing 10 days and I am now looking to spend a few weeks. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged, also, day or night outing can be arranged. The Lions View is a complete package

Host was friendly and accommodating Shower and bath options. Comfy bed Clean Tea, Coffee, water, beer and snacks were provided Good WiFi Nice view if the are Roof top facilities to chill out Outside chairs provided so you can chill outside Nice n quiet environment

Not sure if full breakfast was an option but the host did provide snacks so not a complaint Difficult to find as no actual signage of the place. We found it by chance after driving backwards and forwards

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff (owners) were very attentive but not overbearing and Very Nice. This was our 2nd stay The Lion’s View……….. wonderful!

The cleanliness and friendliness, and the view- outstanding!!!

Two minor things; this seems to be typical for the area -low water pressure particularly in flushing our toilet; but it’s not a deal breaker. - payment system needs to be set to accept debit/credit cards, etc. vs cash. They are working on this. Again not a dealbreaker- but adds to convenience for me and others like me.

We stayed in a very clean and homey self contained apartment. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We felt safe and secure. We ordered breakfast and it was so delicious. If you are in the Mandeville, Williamsfield area this is an amazing property for your stay, you will not regret it. The hosts Lisa and Junior are wonderful people. Lisa communicated with us and made us feel welcomed. We booked last minute at night and Lisa was very accommodating and helped us with directions to the property. We will definitely make Lion’s view Bed & Breakfast our home away from home whenever we are in Mandeville area.
