If you have a rental car, you have to park your car in the parking lot of the adjoining property.

The location is perfect it is right on the beach front. Amenities are walking distance and there is a gym up the road which is also walking distance.

The bathroom window was missing two glass slats. Better privacy curtains.

Angel was very friendly and kind. He brought us free fruit drinks when we got there. Our room was 85 steps from the beach. It was very nice and clean and safe.

The kitchen, which we weren’t expecting so maybe I shouldn’t moan about, was totally inadequate. No equipment to put together even the most basic of meals. The fridge was very useful. We never managed to get any hot water out of the shower. Tepid was about as good as it got.

Location. Location. Location. Literally twenty steps from our room to Seven Mile Beach. Our room was good. Comfortable beds, clean, air con. The room was serviced and sheets and towels changed when we requested it.

Staff was outstanding, my room was fabulous a birds nest with windows that brought the breeze in, breakfast was always amazing and served with a smile, Jazz music playing in the morning, so relaxing, comfortable, my first time at Moms Place, i exited twice a total of 3 weeks with them, Bless up Angel, thanks again for everything ❤️

The gentleman at the reception no Elvis is a very nice person but Àngel. He should change his job he's not a great person I think he is he is racist

It didn’t provide some common toiletries like a hair dryer or washing lotion. Some of the staff gave the impression that they‘re actually homeless. And the way they approached us omg Jesus help. It was waaaayyyyy to daring. Not a respectful manner in my opinion. After a few days I got used to it and I started to like all of them a lot however it comes across a bit rough at first.

Everything was hassle free, no problems at all. Nice secure property at a good location right on the beach. Plenty to do within walking distance. The staff was amazing.

The water didn’t get hot for showers. Too many men who don’t belong to the hotel lingering around staring.

They are renovating the rooms. Therefore, the internet and tv (steaming) were not working. This was a minor inconvenience for us. They have a double bed but the room could easily accommodate a queen or even a king bed.

This property is right on the beach. It is a wonderful location with walkable food and shopping options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room had air conditioner, a small refrigerator, and a small but comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with two options - eggs, bacon, toast or ackee and “food.”

Lol the door to the room needs a little work hard to open and close but it will lock .

I think he needs to play music louder and maybe do dinner from his culture as well . Just need to attract more people . Don’t park on the beach . Stop a quarter away from beach entrance so you don’t get stuck in the sand . Walk over and ask owner a good place to park . The path is leading to the entrance of Moms place .

The Angel was extremely nice and accommodating. Place was clean and right on the Sea . They offer breakfast which is a small fee . Great views and everything is near .. Pattie shop right across the street . I will be back .

The access to the facility, no TV in the room, and WI-fi very weak.

The bed was comfy and it was located on the beach.

No water pressure. No hot water. Very dingy pillow cases. Linen badly needs upgrading. Payed for breakfast , and none offered, no welcome drink as promised. Just bad all round.

Only thing I like was that the place was open late , and on tge beach.
