The outer building could do with a paint job as this may deter visitors from experiencing the beauty inside the apartment.

We received a very warm welcome from Shirley(Twerley). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We planned on spending an additional night, but my daughters wanted to explore Ocho Rios instead. The beach is clean and the lifeguard was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this property to others as it was recommended to me by a friend. I will also stay here again for future visits to Negril.

I didn’t always like that the service desk was not available first thing in the morning but had to wait to ask for an iron when I wanted to be up and out. Aside that minor blip, it was ok.

Weirdly it was a lovely homely hotel. Not modern but functional. Everything at your fingertips. For the price paid. It was worth it and we would stay again. We could cook our food or get something to eat in the Resturant downstairs. I’m vegetarian and not a problem. I had a beautiful view of the sea and spent evening on the balcony just listening to the waves, music or reading. Some evening we walked along the beach passing other hotels and bars with entertainment and music that made you want to dance. We never felt unsafe at any point. You could swim or sunbath on the beach right outside the hotel. It was nice.

Upgrade the beach chairs!

I truly enjoy the Negril Beach Club and hope to visit and stay often in the future. People are respectful, nice, and helpful. I always feel comfortable here.

The hotel beach chairs and loungers could use an updating and more added. The kitchen stove could use an updating. I saw a bug in silverware drawer one day. The dishware, glasses and utensils could use an update. There was not enough for four people. The smaller bathroom could use another shelf or two for placement of travelers toiletries. More hooks for towels to hang. One of the apartment safes were not working.

Overall, a great property and I'd stay there again. Location and Staff are very nice and helpful. Free and safe parking Gated facility Close to the Beach The Refrigerator was nice

There was no form of entertainment. Even one night there could be some sort of decent entertainment, such as a live band.

The day the breakfast available was good. However, on the second day there was no breakfast available as we were told that the chef did not report for work.

The doors in the apartment could not close, especially the bathroom doors. The microwave had rust and needs to be replaced. The boiler closet door cannot close and was a concern to us as we had toddlers in the apartment. One of our rooms had no TV. The air conditioner in our room was leaving the last 3 days of our stay and we had to put a plastic container to catch the water because the towels

It was close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. They accommodated our request and the rate was reasonable.

The location was perfect right on the beach. But their restaurant did not take visa or mastercard so we did not eat there for breakfast. We liked that it was an older resort. The buildings were only two stories high. And it was on a part of Negril Beach That reminded me of when I was there in nineteen eighty seven.

Minor issues, the WIFI was super inconsistent making it tough to check in for my flight. I could never figure out how to get the tv to work. I was rarely in the room to care, but if you are a TV person, that would be an issue. Also, housekeeping was super aggressive at knocking and showed up at very inconvenient times. This shouldn't have been an issue for me bc every day, I told the housekeeper, to her face, that I didn't want her in my room or service; yet she did it any way.

The location is perfect, there are 24 hour food options at the location & plenty of options along the beach. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I was there as the season was winding down so the crowd was manageable & wonderful.

My room 134 need a make over. First, there were peeling paint on the wall and also in the bathroom. The sofa looked so filthy I did not sit on it and would not even put my bags. it needs to be shampooed or if it is too far gone, then a new covering placed on it. It Looks awful. Night light did not work and the light with the fan was too tall to switch off the fan to use light. The room was clean but the shams around the bed were filthy and needed washing. the bathroom needs a complete make over...well the shower area seems to have been recently done, but around the closet area, and walls need painting and patching. A very bare room bit even a picture on any of the walls. Felt more like a low-grade motel.
