I wish every room had access to kitchen it was disappointing that more money was required for that. Also for the kitchen on the property I think the prices for breakfast were too expensive

The property could use some minor upgrades. Maybe a do not disturb sign on door, or screens over windows could help would misquotes.

There was a lot of noise at night, it led to nights of not so good sleep. Especially the birds chirping really loudly all night long kept us awake, but also honking and loud cars/motorcycles passing by. You could hear every person walk by, the noise cancellation was non-estistent, so it felt like we were constantly being watched/listened to.

There were lots of very good, different restaurants nearby. The beach was very beautiful and people were friendly. We even got a room upgrade for free.

The room I chose I didn’t get it. I wanted a room with 2 bed which I booked online and when I got there I have to settle for a room with one big king bed and I didn’t get a refund for the extra I paid for room with 2 beds.

The drinks at the bar was okay. The beach was great. My kids had a blast this visit was for my son it was his birthday

One of the beds made a lot of squeaky sound, whether you brushed against it or sit. It was really annoying. The bedroom roof light wasn't working either.

We didn't get the room we reserved. The one we got was super small. The bathroom door knob was broken and wasn't repaired. Food took FOREVER as well as food orders not put in correctly but again, the food was delicious!!

The room was probably a little overpriced for what it was. The restaurant at the hotel and the ones in the surrounding area were extremely overpriced. While it is understandable that their prices are inflated for tourists, the prices were much more than expected, exceeding what we would expect to pay in a tourist area in the States.

The staff was nice, and the facilities were okay, for what they were. It did seem like some renovations were underway. It was a decent place to stay for a night, with adequate security, but it is not somewhere we would like to stay for an extended period. There was a grocery store within walking distance, which was convenient.

The property was dirty, the floors had the same trash on the day we arrived as the day we left. Some other people staying were very loud. Playing loud music at the beach an drunken shouting at night.
