Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I liked the pool area, the roof garden and the food. Breakfast was great and they tried to fulfil your requests. The staff were very helpful. Good for a relaxing break.

The location was easy to find with the directions received. The area was very quiet. The staff was very accommodating, and the customer service was exceptional. Wifi is available on property. The room was big, with 2 queen size beds. The bathroom was huge with an auto flush toilet. Breakfast was provided each morning. The meals were excellent. The view from the location is breathtaking, and the grounds were well kept. There is a pool and jacuzzi on location. Towels for swimming were provided daily.

United KingdomFor me, as a traveller who loves to explore places on foot, the only drawback is the location. While it is possible to walk to the beach, it is a bit of a hike and it is easy to get lost. It is best to access the resort in a car, preferably with someone who knows where they're going. Taxis were easy to use, and the hotel had drivers that they used who were fast, communicative and reliable. If you are after a quiet retreat in nature then the location is ideal.
The resort itself is fantastic. My room was spacious, clean, well decorated and very modern. The staff were all extremely nice and incredibly thoughtful, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I wanted or needed. There was always someone on hand for a cup of coffee or a bottle of water or a meal. They went above and beyond for me, including calling me when I was out and it started raining to see if I was OK, and sending a taxi to collect me and bring me back. Everything at the hotel was easy and straightforward, and it was a very nice place to pass time. There were plenty of spaces for socialising, like a pool with deck tables and a rooftop terrace, plus a pool table and a ping pong table. There was also fast and reliable WiFi.

United StatesAwful and dangerous place. Upon arrival, we were assigned two rooms. Soon after, while my wife helped our 8-year-old daughters with their bathroom routine, the glass shower door fell and shattered, causing small cuts to all of us. In the chaos, we didn’t take photos or videos of the incident. The hotel manager, Shana-Key, offered us complimentary benefits, and I requested free dinners and an airport transfer, which she confirmed. Over the next few days, we ordered modest meals with no mention of extra charges. However, the day before our departure, I was told the airport transfer would cost $120, despite our prior agreement. The manager admitted she had overlooked the detail. Things worsened when she informed us we owed $467 for the dinners, which we were told were complimentary. Upon returning to the hotel, we were blocked from our rooms and aggressively demanded to pay. A man, likely the hotel owner, appeared and refused to identify himself, but seemed to be in charge. We were pressured to pay the $467, and a local police officer stated he couldn’t intervene but threatened to arrest us, including our children, if we didn’t pay and the owner filed criminal charges.
