I booked the privilege so I love the room and I love my two butlers jodiann and Omarion they were the best the were just one text away and they ensured they help as best as possible. I like the pool as well and the privilege benefits.

United StatesThere are not enough bars, and all except the small lobby bar were open late. Ridiculous that other bars closed at 7 pm. Staff could have been friendlier and I expected staff to check on me at the pool to see if I wanted a cocktail. Instead I had to go to the bar each time.

I met some of the most gracious staff at Ocean Eden. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything u need. & cater to your needs. Odainia who works with customer service hrlp.me get a cake for my cousin bday and reservation at the hibachi restaurant. She should be awarded for her exceptional customer service and friendly manner. Nothing was never a problem or too hard for her to do. Samantha is a beautiful young lady at check in and check out. She was very friendly and very helpful she should get a promotion. Alot of the staff was exceptional some of the names I csnt remember.

JamaicaEverything was pretty great. One suggestion is that the carts used to transport guest around should be made handicap friendly. They were a tad high for me to climb on given my late stage in pregnancy.
Great customer service. I'm 9 months pregnant and visited for my babymoon. They were very accommodating every step of the way. There were many food options which is good and we had access to both properties. Entertainment was also great.

AustriaInconsistent Staff Behavior and Service Quality – Staff behavior ranged from extremely friendly to very unfriendly. It felt like you needed to tip first to get even decent service, rather than tipping based on good service. Many staff members had an attitude and seemed unwelcoming, but this might just be a difference in service culture rather than a hotel-specific issue. Terible Sound Isolation in Rooms – The soundproofing was terrible; music playing outside every night until 11:00–11:30 pm felt like it was blasting inside the room, making it hard to relax. No Slippers or Bathrobes – Basic amenities like slippers and bathrobes were missing from the rooms. Poor Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Selection – The worst I’ve seen at a Caribbean all-inclusive. No fresh fruit stands by the pool or beach, which is common in other resorts. The buffet selection for fresh fruits and salads was also underwhelming, though other food options were fine. Early Morning Sunbed Shortage – By 7:30 am, all sunbeds were taken — a common resort issue but still frustrating. Not Enough Sun Umbrellas on the Beach – Limited shade options on the beach. Confusing Reservation System for À La Carte Restaurants – The process to book dining was frustrating. Mediocre Drink Quality – The drinks at the bars were disappointing in terms of both taste and quality. Not Ideal for a Quiet Vacation – The lively atmosphere and constant music make it unsuitable for those seeking peace and quiet.
Comfortable – Everything felt cozy and well-designed. New and Clean – The resort was spotless and had a fresh, modern feel. Huge, Beautiful Swimming Pool – The pool was large and well-maintained, perfect for lounging and swimming. Beautiful, Expansive Property – The resort grounds were stunning and well-kept, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Spacious, Comfortable Rooms – The rooms were almost 50 sqm, with a big balcony offering great views and lots of space to relax. Good AC – The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. Plenty of Dining Options – Many restaurants to choose from, though the food was just okay. Perfect for Short Stays (3–4 Days) – Ideal for quick getaways, especially for group celebrations like birthdays. Entertainment Was Okay – There was entertainment available throughout the day — not amazing, but enough to keep you occupied.
