You will need a car to get places. We had a rental, so it wasn't an issue for us, but It isn't walkable to amenities. That is the trade off for being peaceful and not in the middle of town.

It is a nice, single family house in a peaceful location. Perfect for me, my wife and daughter. If you want to relax at home after adventures and make some of your own meals, this is a great place to stay. It is located centrally on the north coast, accessible to activities from Ocho Rios to Montego Bay for day trips. It comes with free access to a private beach that has a pool, food, and a reef to explore with snorkels. The owner is very responsive to any needs and is helpful with finding restaurants and activities. If you are into climbing, there are 4 developed areas ten minutes from the house.

This property was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen appliances were well stocked and plentiful. There were smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The free access to the beach and pools was an added bonus the beach was clean and the pool area served food and drinks for both kids and adults. The property is close to the local grocery store, gas station and money markets. The owner of the property is such a gentleman. He was kind enough to purchase a full size mirror for my personal use during my stay and pointed me in the direction of some great seafood... If you are looking for a place that feels like home, clean and close to everything.....THIS IS IT!!!!!

Loved the community, peaceful and quiet, days and night.. Easy accessible to shops and hot food. Place had everything needed. Security was a bonus and very strict.

Simple set up with all the necessities including amenities, furniture and appliances. The house was quite comfortable and modern. The owner was very helpful, accommodating and communicative. A real ocean view was present and the gated community felt safe. I would live here myself, given it is close to the beach, schools, supermarket, gas station etc.

It is not where it is shown on the map. You need a a car to get anywhere. It was not the cleanest, there is room for improvement.

It‘s well equipped and in a safe area. The owner puts in a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable. He even drove us to the beach and the nearest bus station.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming 1 bedroom house in Discovery Bay. The area was incredibly tranquil and peaceful, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat during our vacation. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality of our host. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even taking us on a tour to the supermarket, Green Grotto Cave, and Dunn River Falls. The place was well kept; clean and the host was very accommodative..the kitchen was equiped with all the necessary utensils:once you take your food to prepare you dont have the leave the house for anything and we were treated with complimentary coffee and drink.

Location is a short drive up the hill from center of town, so not ideal if you don't have a car, but Parry helped us so it was not an issue for us. Can't promise that for others.

Our host was beyond helpful, picking us up and driving us as needed. He was kind and on time. Place was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom modern, hot water, lots of water pressure in shower(much more than we have at home). The gas stove made my wife want one, even though we have a new stove. The view was nice to enjoy having a smoke on the doorstep, but mostly we just watched movies on the tv.

No breakfast was provided. However there were items provided for our use in order to cook. The location is wonderful the ocean view scenery is exceptional. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The host went over and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Overall the experience is great. It’s also a couple minutes away from a supermarket and rest stop and so much more. I highly recommend this.
