Nothing to not like. Don’t let the third story concern you as the levels are not very high and it’s a super easy walk up wide steps.

This no joke…. Everything was perfect! A secure location in a great area, all at an incredible price and value. The beach,one minute walk away, was the best beach for miles around, with easy access to walk past all the resorts to the east. Outside of an all-inclusive resort, we would definitely stay there again and have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Clearer instruction as to the building location would have been helpful as the buildings are not clearly marked. Also worth noting, this particular unit would not be ideal for anyone with a disability or mobility issues as it is on the 3rd floor only accessible by stairs.

Nice quiet property in an excellent ocean front location. Room was well equipped and comfortable, a good value for the money, and the owner was very responsive.

The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. This location is not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. Parking spots at the unit are frequently occupied.

I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view of the beach and surrounding community. Additionally, it offers a sense of privacy.

being jamaica there were a few wi fi issues but this is jamaica and is expected but didn't spoil our stay.

We wanted a later check out but had the maid come at 930am to rush us out. We we not impressed but managed to be gone by 10. Checkout is 11

Cause I’m old, the climb up to the 3rd floor was a slow climb but I enjoyed the property and will come back to the same place if available.

The property was well furnished and I liked the sense of security. The grounds are beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the best time on our second trip to Negril.

The only downfall which has nothing to do with the room is there are no services as groceries or shops. No problem just grab a route taxi to the grocery store or the bar strip.

Dr. R. Place was perfect. Well stocked kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. The bed was excellent Strong WiFi with never cut out and TV with streaming services. Many little beaches along the property Would 100% stay again.

Can't find fault in anything.

The apartment is well equipped, clean and very close to the beach. WiFi is excellent too. You need a car to buy groceries, however a 5 minute walk there is a petrol station that sells some basic items. The owner of the apartment was reachable whenever we needed anything. Will surely return.

Lack of facilities on the complex. No bar, shop or takeaway, also sandwiched between 2 hotels having visible nudist beaches, one of them being Hedonism 2. To far to walk and get provisions, needed to use a taxi.

beautiful clean, well furnished and bright apartment, everything we required for preparing our own food. Really friendly housekeeper who was very informative and polite. Grounds of the complex were immaculate and beautiful. Sea front gorgeous, lagoons,rock.pools and caves to swim in as well as a man-made beach.

Be ready to wake up early in the morning, because it gets noisy from maintenence and construction work all over. Also, plan to check out early (10am), because that’s when cleaning person comes.

Unique location, a different experience than staying at the resort. Nice private beach. Comfortable studio with a fully functioning kitchenette. Very accomodating and responsive host.

I thought I had an oven in my room and the wifi was in & out if that's important to you

When I booked the website has outdated pictures of the room so I very surprised to see a beautiful update room. The owner was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I will definitely stay here again. The views are wonderful and everyone staying there was very friendly.

Accidentally left a bag sitting on the kitchen table chair when I left, about $400.00cd.. Called as soon as I arrived home. Bag was gone, cleaning lady didn't see it. But, The owner assured me he would ask the next guests to look as well.
