The distance was exhausting.. bcuz I came all the way from Kingston.

I love the the food, the entertainment was good. The staff were amazing so attentive. The bed in the room omg.. I wish I could take it home all I wanted to do was sleep.

The distance of the bathroom was too far ftom the resturant. The beach had too much grass in the water which was bumpy stepping along going out in the sea water. I usually get a birthday cake and a song of happybirthday sung to me but this time at a particular resturant they did not do so even though it was requested three nights before on that night. When my friend asked about it they say they dont have any cake so I leave disappointed for I use to the appreciation of ones birthday and after hearing songs singing to others for their birthday I was sad I did not get mine sing to me.

The front desk staff were very courtious and the food was good. The room was comfortable and I love the pool settings with the bar to it. I also like the settings of the sport bar.

The one complaint I had is the housekeeping/room service staff, they’re inconsistent in their timing and the refilling of the mini bar took days to get done.

The staff is amazing, the nightly entertainment staff being my favorite; all of the pools allowed everyone to enjoy their vacation without being on top of eachother.

No elevator in the buildings and no shuttle on the property. My legs are hurting from walking and climbing all the stairs to the third floor everyday.

I loved that it was something for everyone to do, it was really a fun 4 all resort.

I didn't like that there weren't elevators available. Also it was very difficult navigating the buildings where the rooms were. It was like a difficult maze

I loved the scenery everything was ok but only thing I could say I dislike is the restaurant booking because it was my birthday and I couldn’t get to book .I was told it’s booked out 2 days in advance.They sent me a card and also a little gift of fruits so I wasn’t bummed.

Great resort only complaint it’s that the family rooms are a far walk from the front of the resort where dining is and no room service. Those with young kids may find it difficult to go back and forth. Service was exceptional and the staff are very friendly

I had Ackee and Saltfish and the Ackee was a bit too soft. That same morning, the Fried Dumplings were a bit tough.

I loved that the variety of food options. The entertainment was excellent.

The night life could have more activities. For example there was no night club on the property for dancing and drinking a few beers. I miss that aspect of my vacation.

The food was very good overall. It includes all the food that I normally enjoy. However, the entertainment for the time that I spent was a bit limited. There was no games room to go to play games like Pool or table tennis. The sport bar had a Pool table but it requires one to purchase token in US dollars to play. As a guest from Jamaica I did not have that currency to purchase any of the token. So I was very disappointed because it is a game I love to play especially on a vacation. Plus, I think it should be part of the package rather that having to pay differently for that facility.

Small enough when everything is in close walking distance but big enough where there is plenty of room space. They have 2 family pools, 1 kid pool and 1 adult only pool. (Little disappointed that pop hours are only 8a to 6p) Loads of restaurants.
