The foliage from reception to our door was overgrown and was hard to navigate when wet or in the dark. The room was right next to the stage that has live entertainment sometimes and this goes on until the early hours. We see a lot of live bands and tried to watch the show but we left early as the volume was deafening.

A beautiful location, right on the beach. We had a room overlooking the beach and it was a pleasure to look out the window every morning. The room was huge and comfortable. The staff at the property and the Restaurant next door were lovely.

Slightly cramped with the cottages located quite close to each other . Lack of privacy when you sit in the balcony outside. The stage for the live music is too close to the rooms and the loud music from the music system made the cabin room vibrate slightly .

Good sized room and location . Beautiful beach . High priced food and limited equipment in bathroom no self or unit to store / rest items. Nowhere to hang clothes. WiFi quite temperamental

It was right behind the Stage that plays love music 3x/week!! Extremely loud until about 2 or 3 in the morning!!!

The furniture is a little old. Plus the bathroom is not equipped at all. In some of the bathrooms there is nothing not even a hook to hang the towel.

I love the staff and the owners. Great people. Always willing to help. Also the location is great. The beds are comfortable!

It's incredibly noisy .. they have concerts three to fours nights per week the whole room shakes until 2 am the windows are wooden slats.. there was no TV despite asking many times for someone to look into it .. the wifi goes in and out all day

Room was unfinished. There was no kitchen furniture in the room. Kitchen furniture is in other room.

That is place is at one of the best places at famous Negril Beach. Hotel itself is not a hotel but a group of bungalows. They are very old and bad. There is only two "suites" on the very front line that are new and I stayed at one of these. These suites are good. Other bungalows are very bad.

At night when Roots had live music, motorcycles would park right in front of our door and when it was time to leave they would stand around and talk loud and rev their engines. plus the extremely loud music that was coming from who knows where, that played until 3 or 3:30 am almost every night was annoying making it hard to sleep. This was my sixth time visiting Negril and haven't heard that music until this year. I heard a lot of people complaining about it.
