The quietness and location

The place needs a face lift and some of the staff were not friendly more communication interaction with guest

The beach is nice a the property also clean I love my suite it was wonderful experienced there. I would recommend it for anyone with family to go there and spend their vacation.

The water pressure was a little bit low, but is nice and warm

The private beach was amazing

We requested a queen room, our original suite that was booked had a broken a/c unit so the front staff told us that we would have to stay in an alternate room until it was fixed and we would move the following day at 4pm. We were never moved, and the a/c unit was never fixed which left us in a room with a terrible view and location ( looking at the parking lot and the main hallway, no sunlight what so ever). Very disappointing that even after the 2nd night no staff bothered to follow up with us.

THEY NEED MORE BEACH LOUNGERS. THEY HAD A FULL STACK OFF TO THE SIDE. WHEN ASKED IF WE CAN USE THEM STAFF SAID THEY WERE BROKEN. WE PAY DECENT MONEY FOR A ROOM BUT CANT GET A BEACH LOUNGER. VERY DISAPPOINTING. TOWELS PROVIDED STAINED WITH BLACK STAINS. A CUP OF COFFEE $4 US IS RIDICULOUS. TRAVELLERS HAS IT FOR A DECEMT FAIR PRICES $1.50 US. I TRIED TO GET SOME ICE FROM BAR. WAS CHARGED $1 US. RIDICULOUS FOR ICEEEE..DISHES ARE PROVIDED HOWEVER NOTHIMG TO WASH THEM .

Location, right on the beach. Room nice size

Had to wait quite some time for room to be ready arriving after 4p.. once in the room i didn't have wash clothes, toilette paper n the room n smelled spoiled n the room was supposed to had just been clean. the pool n jacuzzi was dirty the entire stay. Pool was cleaned on day four but jacuzzi was still dirty. Check out time is 11am. At 10:44am rushed to answer the banging on my door. I was in a towel had just otten out shower and had my tooth brush in my mouth. It was front desk staff reminding me it was my day to check out. I booked the vacation so I was well aware it was the day to leave. I was then asked by staff if I knew what time was Check out to which I was told it was 11am. I was highly offended by this as it was not past Check out time n I was literally getting myself ready to go. Also the room I was given had an adjoining door to room next door. It was like living with roommates I didn't know. I heard every conversation, pot pan rattle: I even heard everything that was going on in the bathroom next door. Not that the people were loud, the room set up, should be for families or groups staying together,nit foe those not familiar with each other I will say that requests for things in the room were handled rather quickly but I've never experienced anything like this in the past. I have been staying here for years. Not sure what changed. Not sure I'll return.

Clean, staff were berry nice. Location is good beach is lovely and the Garden area is well kept. Liked that it has a shop.

Great location, we had an adjoining room which was great. The rooms had Aircon, fridge, microwave, kettle & a few dishes for self catering. There are 2 double beds in each room. Very clean but basic. The pool area is a bit rundown but still useable but the beach area is amazing 😍. I would stay here again.

I’d like to have an a porch and but need a full kitchen for cooking. I like to be on the ground floor and just a courtyard walk away from the beach.

I didn’t like how I was a word awoken every morning in the middle of the night by drunk people talking too loud and then I was expected to be quiet early morning in during the day.

Breakfast was good. Service was Jamaican.

Menu selections poor. many items listed were not available.

Towel , wash cloth was the biggest problem could not get a quality towel, we had to use the same towel for 2 day

Staff was good and property is beachfront.

No housekeeping, towels were scarce, restaurant was not open. No sign at the entrance of property, was a challenge to find.

It is close to the beach and close to the bus station knutsford. Restaurants are every where and supermarket not far. People very friendly and helpful. Apartment have a good size and the kitchen is a plus.

Kitchen was dirty when you opened the cabinets. Rugs dirty! I booked a studio with terrace but I only get a apartment without balcony or terrace. The wet beach stuff can't get dry and you can't hang them anywhere! This is really bad. For that price I wouldn't recommend it. The pots in the kitchen broken or old and used. That was nasty. Not even a kitchen towel or a sponge.

I liked the proximity to the beach and the central pool on property.

There were roaches in the rooms that we stayed in over the period. These were the small ones that are usually found in furnishings of unkept homes. This made sleeping very uncomfortable knowing something was crawling all over the room and could get in your travel case. I had to buy an insecticide to spray the room.

The room was very spacious clean and comfortable ,the staffs was great even the cleaning lady was very friendly and every bidy mind there own business i stayed in the blue mountain i loved it

When the rainfalls the place flooded and have a bad smell

beach is there on the front don’t have to walk far.
