Unfortunately, they did not have any beef burgers at the beach grill the whole time we were there.

The food. It was almost every day the same food . The food at the beach bar is also very limited and always the same. The pizza offered at the pool during the day was unacceptable.The cooked food itself was good but to have everyday on the buffet the same limited food is for this price range not good enough. In this price range you have to offer for breakfast some cutlery and cheeses, but they don’t offer this.A good egg station for breakfast but only selection of food what you will always have for lunch. The lunch buffet is like the breakfast buffet and very limited.I am two times per month in Jamaica and we extended our stay for another two days. We asked for the price to pay it directly to the hotel. The offered rate was a crab a lot more expensive instead of doing it via booking.com also if the hotel has to pay a commission to booking.com. We saved a lot .

The room and the sea view were amazing. The beach area was great. The stuff did a good job, helpful and friendly.This was our second stay.The hotel was fully booked but this was no issue and all was well organized.

There was no hot water to shower, there were some equipments that were not working in the gym. No room service offered if you are tired and decide you don't want to walk to the dining hall.Little entertainment offered in the night. The AC was extremely cold even after it was turned off, the place was still freezing. After the AC was turned the place got extremely wet and slippery.

The food was awesome and the pool was great. The beds were very comfortable and staff were very pleasant.

The booking process was very frustrating. The booking was initially declined because the name of the booker was different on the credit card with only an initial for the first name, where in the booking the full first name was given. This resulted in a tedious process of emails and telephone calls and also a long time was needed when we came to check in for the rooms.

The stay was nice. We enjoyed the rooms, the meals and the beach facilities.

Food was authentic, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It is better to get to the buffet early. The Italian restaurant that is included in the all-inclusive was absolutely wonderful 5 course meal. It was not very packed, so there was enough room for everyone.

For a small Hotel I thought the entertainment could have been more extensive and interactive. Food delly should offer more variety, and the food is never ready on opening hours. I would think that preping should be done prior to opening hours so that guests can actually partake in something as soon as the delly is open. I think the hotel should be more dilberate in formulating a entertainment team. Promote planned activities offer prizes and get the guest to be interactive.

The facility though small was cozy with what I would like to call a great house theme. Pool was clean and the beach was a good experience. The club area was nice and the staff for the most part was ok. The bar grill chef on the beach was very efficient.

Day1 arrived 6 hrs prior to check in and was given access to property but main pool was closed and being treated,snack bar in pool area meat pies not ready with the time being after 1:00 pm no tuna wraps for the 1st 2/3 days of stay, No phone in room had to request several times, still didn’t work properly after IT installed had to disconnect to silence the beeping and flashing, No blankets on bed air conditioning extremely cold had to request blanket by visiting front desk,Day 2 approach beach @ 10:30 am and No towels available until approx 12:45pm,No room service,No ice machine had to get ice from pool bar overall lots of inconveniences

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't access the safe as there was no key for it... and we could of really used the safe ... I also didn't appreciate the fact that 4 occupants were in the room and they only left 2 towels... that wasn't very nice in addition the hot side of the pipe only worked for the first day... then the water was cold right through until we were leaving

The front desk approach to my needs. They need more customer training mannerism.

location was great however the front desk staff wasn't too keen on making my stay comfortable when I requested a new room following the discovery of a messy toilet and no water supply within the room. I requested/paid for 2 adjoining rooms and was given 1 room to share with my wife and son. The kitchen/catering staff was brilliant, they went over and above with my meal request. Well done.

For an all inclusive Not much choice for dinner unless you pay extra to eat at the steakhouse ect. Not much entertainment

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, especially the guys in the entrance. Its has a beautiful scenery. The room was comfortable and clean. Shout out to the guy (forgot his name)at the front that took time out to get me towels early in the morning to go on our excursion! After being told towel station was closed.

there was no hot water until the last day of my stay, I paid about 450$ additional for an ocean view room and it was partial view which was disappointing. But most of all there were no mirrors in the room, when i got dressed I had to run out to the elevator to check myself before heading out. the other downside is not having self-laundry areas. the only option was to pay per item. the resort can't control it but if you have a front facing room the locals are out late playing music loudly. but overall I would rebook!

Meals were good, overall! I've never stayed all-inclusive anywhere so there is nothing to compare it to. I did love the omelet station! Depending on the hour from which the meal was served, determined the warmth of the food. The beach was amazing, entertainment was good, and for the most part, the staff was amazing. They presented me with a birthday cake and sung happy birthday at dinner which was nice. The arrangement for excursions, taxis, and massages were seamless.

Food i am a vegan, and even though I highlighted this at the start, sometimes all I could have was salad, which was disappointing considering how much money I had spent.
