Not the hotel’s fault but rooster and barking dog kept us awake. We prefer windows open but had to close them and crank up the AC to drown out the noise.

Breakfast was good, but Americans like butter and syrup with their pancakes. Beautiful facility and staff guided us to a good place for dinner nearby.

The ambiance, the room, the decor, the pool and the overall experience was great. It is very luxurious and I would highly recommend Sky's Villa Resort to anyone looking for some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle.

Spent about 10 days here and it came to an end very quickly. This villa is exactly as pictured, with good taste in furniture and decor, with comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and I had Jamaican and American style breakfast (on different days). The neighbourhood is pretty quiet, and is a short walk from ATMs, grocery store, gas station, and food shop. Would recommend anyone visiting the Portland area, to stay here!

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and everything is brand new. The pool is cozy, and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very cordial and helpful with all requests.

They need to get the remote-control lights fixed as it messed with other guests' rooms, apart from that great place to stay. Downside was not knowing where to get dinner if you stayed in the hotel all day.

Breakfast was mainly Jamaican, which was good, and plenty of it, for those who don't like Jamaican food there wasn't a choice. Their new chef made breakfast amazing omelettes, bacon alongside original cuisine mase it even better. It felt like home away from home being there.

The facilities were clean and secured. The neighbouring community is also very quiet. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the place for you, it places you just within the proximity of Port Antonio and Annotto Bay, depending on where you find the attractions.

The lobby area was so clean and nicely decorated. So, from the moment you enter, you have that super modern super clean vibe. The room was spacious and so beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with various options. The staff was warm and friendly.

Breakfast is a farce. Serving bread and butter for breakfast when there was an advertisement of breakfast included in the cost, is almost disingenuous.

Far too many restrictions on things like smoking, this cannot be done at all on the property and there is no smoking areas which made it challenging for my partner as we would have to leave the premises. The breakfast options are limited and quite pricey. There is also no lift facility and you will therefore need to carry bags yourself.

The location and the property itself was nice. It was easy to locate and was in the local town.

Sky Villas is quite expensive and we were surprised that the breakfast offering was just continental. We stayed at three different locations in Jamaica on this trip and all were approximately 50% cheaper in price and offered a full Jamaican breakfast. The surrounding area is not a resort area and so its not convenient/recommended to go for a walk or grab food if you don't have a car. There was no hair dryer in the room which is not a problem for me but my wife struggled! We did not get any sleep on our last night due to a party in an adjacent property that played excessively loud music for most of the evening into the night!

The staff were helpful and friendly! The downstairs decor, pool and ambience was pleasant!

The room was not as stated. It had a musty odor and was not laid out properly. It was not a pool view to see the pool you and to walk to the left end of the balcony. The view was of a garage and rooftops. The water pressure in the shower was not good. There is no telephone in the room. Furniture is dated, and there is no closet to hang any clothing.

The staff was exceptional. It was evident that they were good at what they did. I am grateful for their service, which made me stay in this hotel.

Was not served a continental breakfast. You had several options for traditional Jamaican breakfast. Breakfast was good but a variety would’ve been appreciated. It is also stated that while breakfast is free with your stay that there are options for lunch and dinner and a bar. None of these options were available during our stay. These food options would’ve been very helpful since the area of the villa is more residential and there did not seem to be any dining options near by or that were open for extended hours. No hot water, mentioned it to staff but everyday the water was barely warm. The pool area could use some kind of mosquito control. Citronella candles, a fire pit, an electric bug zapper would’ve made sitting outside after dark more enjoyable.

Property is new and well maintained. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Staff and security are very friendly and helpful to their best abilities. Pool area is very nice.
