The location was convenient in terms of access to the town. The environment was quiet and very easy-going. The host was very accommodating and facilitated early check-in. The room was spacious and had all the amenities of home. The kitchen was full-size and included a microwave, toaster, blender, large fridge, coffee maker, cutlery, utensils, and pots. Items were available to make a hot beverage in the mornings. The room also came with a sofa bed and can accommodate 3-4 persons in the room. The location was very secure with an automatic gate and allowed for easy access to and from the location. There is a small pool at a sister location, which is within walking distance. Internet service was very unstable. Air condition needs to be bigger to power the size of the room.

Was a little hard to locate from the main road in the corner. The hot water takes too long to reach the 3rd floor in the mornings ( 15 -20 mins still no hot water ). Just waste to wait so long and have it running .

I loved everything about my stay, I simply can't fault it. I just wished I had stayed longer.

My first reaction on entering Kai’s place was "WOW" this is better than I expected. The decor and colour scheme is spot on and I felt at home immediately. It has a functional kitchen, a lovely shower with hot water and a large comfortable bed. My favourite place was the balcony, where I spent hours just taking in the amazing and delightful scenery, as well as being relaxed enough to read. The hosts Sangela and Jason are simply the best and made sure I was happy and settled and answered any queries I had. I loved my stay so much that I have already booked again.

The host Sangela and Jason were amazing. They extremely polite and her customer service was 10/10. Only a 2 night stay and I felt like their family. The view was amazing, garden felt like peace it was truly the best. Waking up the day after my Wedding couldn't of been any better. MORE THAN SATISFIED 😁 I WILL BE BACK

I didn't like that i had to leave this beautiful spot. I didn't like the road that leads to the property. No fault of the property owner. It's mostly dirt and stone. A little ruff but doable. The host has been trying to get the attention of those responsible for road works in that area but to no avail.

I love everything about this place I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kai's Place, an outstanding Airbnb hosted by the wonderful husband and wife team, Sangela and Jason. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a delightful color scheme that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location was perfect, offering a stunning sea view that added a serene touch to our stay. Sangela and Jason went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always available, providing great conversation and invaluable life advice. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious meals they provided. On Saturday, we enjoyed a fresh continental breakfast, and Sunday morning featured a flavorful Jamaican-style breakfast. We were also treated to an amazing Jamaican dinner on Wednesday, which was an absolute delight. Sangela's attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Kai's Place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.
