The rate you paid includes not only the apartment itself but also access to several amenities: a private beach, a swimming pool, a gated community for enhanced security, and tranquil surroundings. Additionally, the location is highly convenient, with easy access to the town and lush greenery, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. While the living room does not have air conditioning, the bedroom is fully air-conditioned, and the natural breeze from the beach often makes additional cooling unnecessary. Jamaica’s coastal climate is one of its most attractive features, offering a refreshing and comfortable experience. It’s also worth noting that this was your second stay with us, and you chose to return and stay for 14 days, which indicates satisfaction with the facilities during your previous visit. Despite our standard no-refund policy, we accommodated your request for a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
