How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewThe best thing about this hotel is the service one of the best myself and spouse has experienced so far and we have been to alot of All inclusive hotels in Jamaica. This hotel isn't for the partyers in my opinion but its for a relaxing time there isn't any entertainment at least not while we stayed there...basically you make your own and it's just you and your spouse's time. This is what we wanted and that's what we got. Very good time! Bigup the Gen Manager David and our butler and the service staff! This is from the couple from room 207 who had their anniversary this weekend. BTW our ac kinda stopped working and I kid you not within 5 minutes the service guy came and had it sorted out remotely we got back our ac in under 15 mins. Great service!
Well I would prefer buffet like a typical all inc where I could pick choose and refuse what I wanted to eat but this didn't affect me.much the food they had on the dine in menu was good.

This an older retired couple hotel Not catered for younger people or guy or girls trip If you’re looking to party do not book this hotel. The staff is wonderful!!!! But it’s definitely a couple hotel… older couple I went as a girls trip & we made the best of it and the staff was awesome! Butttttt if your 55 and up and just want to be isolated with your spouse this is the hotel for you ❤️❤️

The service was bad the food was very limited to choose from the fish pond was dirty n over all was not a good experience When u wanted coffee from Cafe you had to look for someone to serve you nobody there. I was waiting for bell guy so long until we took our luggage up the stairs our self cause no one came.

Verified reviewFabulous! An idyllic resort on the most beautiful piece of coastline. The onsite team were fabulous and the food was excellent. We had an exceptional stay here.
There were a number of small things which could easily be corrected and I hope they soon will be. I'd have expected a complimentary taxi from the airport and a trip or two into Montego Bay itself - craft market or Hip Strip. TVs aren't set up to stream?! And it needs to be just a little more lively - doesn't need to be live music but something past 8pm would make all the difference. These things didn't spoil our holiday but for the prices charged, I'd really expect them.

Verified reviewRooms were clean, front desk staff were extremely helpful with checking in and out, allowing late check out for a later flight
Food options are limited, nothing available late at night as nobody was there to cook anything, bathtub on balcony didn’t work: lighting in the room was very dim, staff members were aggressive and harassing us by knocking on the door and calling our room for an hour long because he thought one of us was attractive and it was very uncomfortable / made us feel unsafe.

There’s no entertainment and I hateee the fact that they only have A La Carte restaurants and no buffet. And you wait foreverrrrr for your meal. Room service takes forever too. Idk I’d give this place a 6/10.

Verified reviewThe staff was amazing especially Kimberly and Kaneisha, dinner with them each night was a pleasure. The knew exactly what we wanted and preferred and made sure it was provided without us having to ask. Simply great service!
Even with numerous complaints each day, There was no hot water our entire stay. The mini bar wasn’t stocked until day in the evening after mentioning it several times. They ran out of certain food and had very minimal drink selections which was confusing for an “all inclusive, adult only resort”.

Verified reviewThe Resort is beautifully designed with tropical exotic gardens and great spaces. The room was amazing with the most comfortable bed ever and a view from paradise. Hotel staff are wonderful, happy and helpful.
Close to the airport runway which means its noisy from planes, but you do get used to it. Some facilities weren't available.

Verified reviewI booked an ocean view and was given a room with no view. I had to request management several times before getting a response. In the end I was charged for a room I did not get and had to jump threw hoops to get the matter addressed. Only to be offered points which I declined because I will never patronize the Hyatt again. I feel terrible that the other pleasant staff and beautiful location will suffer due to poor leadership
