I didn’t like nothing, and will never ever come back

It’s very old , bad smell comes from every where, dirty walls and carpet, very ugly and everything is so tired and smell of cigarettes everywhere

The location is perfect. Almost at the center of the city, which allows us to take any direction so easily. In front of the hotel there is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, laundry, and barber shop which means whatever you need during your stay is between your hand. The area is safe and quite. Taxis stop by the front door ready to give a ride to any distinction. The room is quite large and comfortable, the bed and mattresses as well as the sheets were very clean and shiny. Bathroom is awesome. So many closets and areas to put your clothes and stuff in them. The room has a balcony that you can get fresh air and enjoy seeing Amman city from high floor. The breakfast buffet is perfect it almost include everything you could think of for breakfast and all food is fresh and delicious. There is a parking area attached to the hotel for your car and many free street parking available around the hotel. Parking on streets in Amman overnight is no problem at all since it is one of the safest cities in the world. Enjoy your stay with very nice and professional staff that are ready 24/7 to.provide help when needed.

The parties that were held downstairs. The music so load and so many people who overwhelmed the hotel reception and the parking lot with so much noise and piece disturbance.

The conduct of the security staff was unacceptably rude. To our surprise, the hotel owner was present, and we approached him to address the behavior of his employee. However, the owner’s own demeanor was equally unprofessional, and he failed not only to resolve the matter but also to take any corrective action whatsoever.

Great breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, reception was really nice and helpful, cleaning guy on second floor was top notch, amazing guy and great service

It's not that we didn't like, but points of improvements: better sound isolation , longet shower curtains, newer TVs
